Rooms with great view
Pros: Rooms are nice are spacious with sea views, pool is perfect spot to relax and watch sunset while taking dip
Cons: Some parts kinda fill little run down like reception etc but otherwise it's good place to stay.

Best view in patong.
Pros: The location & view is probably the best in patong as its right on the water. The kitchen wasn't open so no food was available but you can order. Things are a little old but the rooms are well presented clean tidy & the view is unbeatable. If they renovated the cost would be higher so its a good balance.

Pros: Staff was exceptional, especially the 3 reception staff as went above and beyond to please customers, Give them a big pay rise!! So lovely, helpful, smiling at all times and nothing was too much for them. Parinya helped a lot when Andrew had an hand injury on departure! We forgot something, a fridge magnet, when we left and contacted reception just in case and they found it. They sent it back to us quickly with lovely messages! Brilliant people! Location is amazing too. Did not have enough time to fully use all facilities unfortunately but they looked great. Thank you!!!
Cons: Having to go back home! Although minor, a few more hangers in room for clothes and more storage would be great...

The view is worth every penny!
Pros: Outstanding view from the villa, the best one in Patong. We have been looking at this hotel for 2 years and finally were lucky to book it for holidays. The staff is extremely hospitable, helped us with some small tasks. The room is clean and has everything you need.

Pros: Beachfront , nice villa walking distance from the city. Staff was helpful.
Cons: The bathroom water tap needs to be replaced. Those are cheap quality. However, the bathroom is very clean and renovated.

Beautiful beach sunset views whilst being close to the city
Pros: The location was stunning, and was lovely being so close to the beach and being able to watch the sunset from our balcony. The receptionist who was on the night shift during our stay was so lovely and helpful!
Cons: The room was a bit noisy from the traffic on the road, and the area surrounding the pool could be improved as a seating area.

Good value for the price, good food and a great view. Caution to light sleepers (road noise).
Pros: - Amazing view (sunset is incredible) - Very close to the beach - Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff - Cheap and good food for room service - Couch was extremely comfortable - Very clean - Robe and slippers provided were super comfy - Could order food via WhatsApp text
Cons: - Bed was quite firm, probably better for back sleepers - Room was very close to the road, lots of noise - Shower didn't get hot, just luke warm - My room had a rattling window in the bathroom (would move and rattle in the wind overnight) - Curtains did not pull all the way across the windows, let a lot of morning light in

Pros: Absolutely breathtaking views, friendly English speaking staff, right in front you can find Toktoks waiting for you, 7 eleven just cross the street, a pharmacy, a massage place, and a location in between of two beaches! Some street food carts 50m away🤍 Suuuper friendly staff and always there.
Cons: The bathtub didn’t have a curtain. Water was out every time we showered. It was cleaned daily, but still a bit disturbing.
