Pros: Everything was great honeslty especially the thai front staff she was very helpful and sorted my stay perfectly The food was also good , ac was great Honestly it was good

Cons: Ummm Well sometimes way too many people in the pool 😅😅 but tbh no complaints Everything was good

Pros: Thw rooftop swimming pool is thw besr to chill anytime of the day.

Cons: Rooms were a little outdated but good enough for the price.

Pros: Daylight in the room was good. The swimming pool on the terrace with mountain views is amazing. The reception and cleaning staff were polite and well-behaved. The daily cleaning service is good.

Cons: - The AC remote was missing in the room. Despite reminding the reception multiple times, it was not delivered. - The room given to us was not the balcony room, although that's what we booked. - Our room faced the road intersection, so it was noisy throughout the day. - There was no bucket in the bathroom.

Pros: The Rainforest restaurant downstairs has some great fresh food.

Cons: You had to ask to have your room cleaned every day instead of the cleaners looking out for door hanger.

Pros: It was nice in general. They offered us an upgrade of the room. No need for that but I appreciate

Cons: They put the wrong location on booking what extended our way to get there. Windows couldn’t be fully closed so people who are sensitive while sleeping may find it disturbing as the hotel is next to the main road.

Pros: Room was very spacious and clean. It had a microwave and tea making facilities. Bonuss was a jacuzzi on the balcony.

Cons: I couldn't stay longer.
