Pros: The lift was broken that night but was working when I was leaving next morning. Hot water in the shower.

Cons: Shower water pressure a bit low but it did the job. No toilet roll.

Pros: Location is good. Near to Patong beach. I stayed in superior room for 3 nights. Rooms are good and clean. Staff service is also good. I was supposed to have a king size bed however it was two single beds which we were okay with as we were friends and they told us prior to going up about how the Double bed room was not done cleaning yet. We preferred the early check in option since we were very tired, and they were very nice in accommodating that. WiFi was working well although the TV cable was a bit blurry. Overall experience is good.

Pros: The hotel was decent, worth the price. What really stand out was the staff. Especially the front desk reception who was very friendly and helpful. Location wise it's great, next to Family Mart, opp a great restaurant.. Not far from nightlife and Jungceylon Mall. Rooms are big but few amenities only.. more toiletries would have been good.

Pros: A perfectly located hotel with just some meters away from main road, thereby avoiding the noisy busy road. Although, all amenities are at walkable distance. Thai vegetarian european and Indian restaurant just across the road. Hotel cleanliness and amenities are good. Rooms are well equipped,Will definitely prefer this hotel for next visits as well.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. It may be a little dated, as other reviews have pointed out, but the price I paid was very good value for what it was. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the patio at the front was a nice place to relax. It is also in a very central location and you can access the beach via an alley. There is also a 7-11 out the front of the main entrance which I found to be very convenient. Highly recommend.

Pros: Very good stay. nearby to patong beach and Bangla street. All market place are also nearby. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall it is a recommended place to stay, near markets, close vicinity of the beach, good street food/fruits and entertainment.

Cons: Fantastic staff. Warm and friendly. Value for money rooms and just a 5 min walk away from Bangla walking street. I stayed there for 4 days and it was great for relaxing, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable
