Really good. Staff was amazing.

Pros: The hotel was so beautiful, from the lobby to my room. The interior design was so well thought out, and as a designer, that was so lovely to see and experience.

Great facilities and amenities, but had to insist on a room change to get the quality we paid for.

Pros: Modern design throughout, luxury Kilian Murphy toiletries (shampoo and body wash), healthy breakfast options, well-equipped gym, and a beautiful pool with lighting.

Cons: Our initial room didn't look clean, had a broken balcony door, and faced a noisy road. There were also ants in the room. The hotel tried to fix the door but claimed all rooms had this issue. However, after complaining to reception, we were moved to another room of the same category that was much cleaner, more pleasant, had a properly closing balcony door, and was actually quiet

A good option to stay in Patong

Pros: Great new hotel in a good location at walking distance from Patong downtown. The rooms are very modern, comfortable and cozy. The pool was nice though kind of small. Breakfast is a must - lot of variety and yummy. All the staff was amazingly kind.

Cons: The rooms noise isolation is not good (surprisingly) and it can be a challenge sleeping at night given the location. Also the blackout curtains design is not good - plenty of light enters from the upper part

Pros: Everything was wonderful — from the breakfast to the pool and the room. We spent an amazing four days here.

Pros: The hotel is wonderful and extremely clean. The food is outstanding, and I highly recommend it. All the staff are very polite, from the security guards to the managers (Indian restaurant manager), housekeeping team, reception staff, and waitress Everyone is kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Proud, who was exceptionally kind to us and made our stay even more enjoyable with her warm and lovely attitude, she took care well of our kid. She even came to see us on our departure day, despite it being her day off, just to say goodbye. She truly deserves all the appreciation and respect. Thank you to the entire team. We will definitely return one day and stay at the same hotel again.

Pros: friendly staff , swimming pool , gym , location , breakfast. over all everything is so good.

Pros: The rooms, the staff, breakfast, location and pool.

Pros: The hotel has plenty of dining options and had open spaces.

Cons: The view from the room was not great. The location is a bit of a walk from the main walking street.

Pros: The front desk staff were friendly, the location was good, the breakfast was varied, and the bed was very comfortable
