Great AC, amzing balcony, hard beds

Pros: The balcony was amazing and such a great location- you aren’t right in the centre of the chaos but not annoyingly far away. The staff were so helpful and friendly- so were the housekeepers. The air con was a dream aswell.

Cons: There were men hanging around in the lobby all day and night, not sure if they rent out the reception area to people but i did feel a little uncomfortable as a female solo traveler- especially it being my first night in Thailand.

Pros: Bunk beds are good and clean, staff is helpful. There was shampoo shower gel at shower and it's shared with wc in same area. It was better than I expected, especially compared to other hostel journey here

It’s the best capsule hotel/hostel I’ve ever stayed at!

Pros: I especially liked front desk staff. They’re so attentive to our needs and wants and very easy to get along with.

Cons: The trash from the neighbors in the driveway horrible image and smell was bad

Cons: Just the entrance and exit of hotel is smelly due to garbage spot just across the road

Pros: I truly enjoyed my stay with you, and I highly recommend this place to anyone considering it. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable, and the reception staff are wonderful in the way they deal with guests. The morning shift staff member was very helpful, and the midnight staff member was always ready to assist with anything I needed, no matter the time — and I really appreciate that. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed, including water, tea, and Nescafe. Even the housekeeping team pays attention to the smallest details. The hotel management also deserves credit for their great organization, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, it was an excellent experience, and the place deserves credit for its cleanliness, comfort, and the constant smiles from the staff. I strongly recommend it.

Pros: The room was just perfect !! Very good design with air condition and big smart tv ! Also they had water everyday and cleaning ! The reception employees were excellent!! I will come back in Thailand on February and definitely I will come to this hotel again !!

Pros: This was the perfect place for me. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable on my stay. Beautiful, cozy room exactly like on the room photo. Nice comfortable bed, 2 plug sockets close to the bed which is really handy for me with my laptop and various other things. Nice big balcony with views of the mountains. You can smoke on your balcony, for those who want to know. Ashtray is provided.

Cons: Nothing it was great.
