Good location, private, value for money.

Pros: Breakfast quite monotonous, would be nice to have different choice each day. Good location, clean spacious room. Good value for money.

Cons: Could of supplied tea, coffee satchets each day and extra loo roll, basics really. Stayed 6 nights, house keeping on 6th day!

Pros: Good spacious room with outfoor deck and views to the rice fields

Cons: Bathroom needed a bit of care, the tap on the sink was broken and the drained blocked and leaky Breakfast was chosen on first day and served everyday the same without ask, sone days they got it wrong, and everyday served at a different time

Pros: Amazing place, wild buffalos come in the morning which was amazing, pool is amazing too.

Cons: Location of it is a bit further from the main hub where the restaurants and bars are.

Pros: Wow! Photos do not do it justice, the location, the feel, the views, the room feels like 5*. Beautifully designed, real love and thought has been put into this place

Cons: Very little not to like, a soap holder would have been nice

Pros: Very nice room, big and clean, and the owner helped us with anything. He made coffee eventhough the Cafe shop was no open yet, helped with motorbike. We had rice paddy view, the room had a nice terrace

Idyllic countryside setting in beautiful villas but still close to centre, shops and restaurants

Pros: Beautiful setting on the gorgeous island of Koh Yao Noi. The villas were fantastic and exceptional value for money. Great location near the centre which you can walk to in less than 15 mins. Feels idyllic set in the countryside Very helpful and friendly staff too

Cons: Inconsistent opening hours for the cafe / restaurant which seemed to change day by day.

Slice of paradise

Pros: The bed was so comfortable! And the view of the sunset and water buffalo on the rice paddles was absolutely breathtaking, would recommend!

Cons: Nothing!

Very enjoyable stay would return if we were back.

Pros: Gardens were fabulous. Check in was great and a very warm welcome. They collected us from the pier free of charge and very promptly. Room was lovely and spacious. We loved the views out on the rice paddy fields. We rented a scooter for 250 baht for the day needed to explore the island.

Cons: Breakfast was basic and could be improved.

Pros: Really beautiful place. Ownel h lp you with rent scooter which you need there

Cons: If you don't like insects don't go there. There are ants literally everywhere also in the room. Also breakfast every day same

Stay here!

Pros: I loved the place! The view is stunning, Riccardo was very friendly and told us a lot. It's so quiet at night. You do need a scooter to get around but we asked for that and it was allready there. When we came back they even folded our clothes (they didn't have to do that but it was a nice ad-onn haha). Would highly recommend this place if you want to hang out and relax.

Cons: The breakfast came a bit late for us but we are early risers so they can't really help it since the cafe was closed for Renovation
