Pros: This is my go to hotel when in Phuket. The size of room were huge. Comes with bathtub and balcony. Location is prime.

Cons: No room sliper provide

Pros: The front staff were nice friendly and helpful as the girls housekeeping were awesome didn't bother me didn't question what I was doing 😅

Cons: Elevator is a bit slow but okay

All in all an enjoyable stay and a massive improvement to the pool area with retiling,new furniture

Pros: Breakfast was avast improvement on our previous stay in November 2024

Cons: Walk in showers would be much easier for the older generation.

Good value for money and central location for Otop/Patong area

Pros: Good location, large rooms, friendly and helpful staff and clean

Pros: Big rooms, cleaned every day. Great location. Situated at Otop Market. Short walk to both Bangla road and the beach.

Pros: Spacious room, very clean, everything worked. Hot shower, comfortable king size bed, clean sheets & towels.

Cons: Noisey at night, but still managed to get some sleep.

Overall it was good and will most likely stay there again on my next visit

Pros: Close to bars but still quiet at night when trying to sleep

Cons: The room I was in was next to a room getting renovated so there was a little noise in the morning if I had a big night out

Great location and spacious rooms

Pros: The rooms were big and spacious and the view was great

Cons: The pool was dangerous with all the loose tiles at the bottom of pool, def a hazard if u cut your feet also the cleaners could clean better as there was sand in my shower and the bathroom was not cleaned

Pros: Being disabled it was very good for me the location was ideal. The staff were all helping and very friendly.

Cons: Not to much really, I knew where I was going and it was fine for me.

Close to Patong Beach, good standards.

Pros: Clean, Comfy, Wonderful AC, Nice hotel stuff, cheap and tasty restaurant, big room,very fast internet - good for remote working.
