We enjoyed our stay very much, wish it was longer.

Pros: Everything was lovely. Staff were very pleasant. We were made to feel very special as we were there to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary.

Cons: Our pool access room was a little to close to the kids pool.

Great holiday in Pa Tong.

Pros: Very friendly personnel, good location, clean rooms, swimming pool and surrounding areas. Fantastic breakfast and other meals. I stayed in pool access room in front of the pool bar having sunshine available for the most of the day. My friends stayed in standard rooms and they were happy too. Sun beds were available for everyone although we were there during peak season. Hotel is situated within short walking distance from the beach, massage places, restaurants and shops.

Stunning lobby.

Pros: The hotel and lobby and the breakfast and the pool area was gorgeous, beautiful sunrise behind the mountains. The rooms were very spacious and lovely. Just a shame not a proper balcony.

Cons: Just a shame not a proper balcony to sit out on .just a small terrace balcony. No full length mirrors in the rooms.which is very annoying. The road outside of hotel could do with a good clean. Such a shame all the pavements are broken such a health hazard . Easily can trip and break your ankles.

Pros: Beautiful resort. Staff were amazing, great buffet breakfast so many options. Great spot, Walking distance to everything, so central. Facilities clean and tidy.

Pros: The hospitality was great.The special decor in our room and the delectable chocolate cake to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary was really heartwarming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simply amazing.The variety and tasty breakfast was exceptional.Well done to the management team and staff.

Cons: The bathroom that didn't have shower cubicle.As older folk it was very difficult.Maybe consider age groups when assigning rooms.

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was amazing. Walkable to the beach and the swim up bar was amazing. Happy hour between 4-6pm, 2 for 1 cocktails

Pros: The staff were extremely polite compared to other 4–5 star hotels. Keep up the great work! They took wonderful care of my husband after he fell on the boat, and every day someone came to the room to provide treatment such amazing service. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard. My gratitude goes to all the staff, from security to housekeeping.
