SJ Beach House Patong

Pros: Wow. What a beautiful place. Rooms are exactly as shown in the description and absolutely squeaky clean. The hosts are so so helpful, friendly and hard working. Cook and Nan make sure they make your stay absolutely wonderful. The breakfast is tasty and made to order. The location is fantastic - very close to the hustle and bustle of patong beach, yet neatly tucked away in a silent area so that you can have a peaceful night sleep. Highly highly recommended and will definitely come back if and when we visit Phuket again. All the best to Cook and Nan for their future endeavours!

Perfect spot for relaxing time on Patong beach

Pros: Excellent value for money in Phuket! Excellent location, close to Bangla Road but we didn't hear any noise during the night. Super kind and attentive staff, they brought our breakfast forward or made packed lunches to go, always willing to help in any situation. Comfortable bed, super clean accommodation, good air conditioning and shower. Very well-prepared breakfast. We knew there wouldn't be a shower stall in the bathroom and that wasn't a problem.

Great value, friendly and welcoming guest house in an excellent location

Pros: The hotel is run by the owner and his girlfriend and you can really tell. They were really welcoming, and friendly. They provided free drinks and snacks in the room and also include breakfast in the price.

Cons: Nothing. The only reason I have a 9 for comfort was that due to the small size of the room, the bed is against the wall on one side which is just a personal pet hate of mine.

Pros: Highly recommended for anyone visiting Patong for the first time. You can book all the activities you want to do here at the best prices, better than what you'll find elsewhere. It's quiet despite being in the city center, has an excellent breakfast, and the staff are fantastic.

Pros: Definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone who comes to Patong. Everything is new, clean and you will feel satisfied there thanks to the friendly hospitality. Amazing breakfast and all the help you will need. In addition to all the above, it is necessary to highlight their charity work for homeless children. Amazing people.❤️❤️❤️

Pros: Very clean room, comfy bed. really nice area, right next to the beach/ Main Street for nightlife. Close by to get to other places/ tourist attractions. Staff are extremely helpful, they help you plan trips etc. Also include a really nice breakfast each morning and supply water/ room cleaning. They contribute towards helping homeless children which is lovely so some of your money goes to that, Definitely recommend.

Pros: We loved everything about this beautiful property. The building was recently renovated. Our room had new furniture, a very large bed, and everything we needed. Daily housekeeping is provided; upon our arrival, we found the room perfectly tidy and very clean. The owners, Cook and Nan, were fantastic. We received a warm welcome with small gifts that were very appreciated. They helped us book an early morning taxi and even prepared a small packed breakfast for us. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and all the attractions of Patong, yet not in the hustle and bustle of the city center. SJ Beach House is the ideal place for your stay; we recommend it to everyone. Gianni and Stella
