Great price, great staff and perfect accommodation located close to everything

Pros: Benla was so helpful at reception with us both very knowledgeable about area and happy to help.

Pros: Great staff, perfect location for patong beach, night markets, bangla road(nightlife - close enough but no noise at night). Staff helpful and cheerful. Great price if keeping costs reasonable is a priority. Beds and stairs maybe a bit much for those who struggle. Restaurant opposite best in town.

Pros: Good location near Patong Beach, friendly staff. Clean Room, I tried their American Breakfast, they serve sandwiches, omelette, sausage, fruits and juice. Starbucks is also available.Affordable liquors.

Hack Hotel Patong

Pros: Hello everyone! Been Traveling to Thailand for one month,solo traveler from Cyprus . Rooms were clean every day ,walking distance to the beach and night life . I have met Rose and Bella at the reception,they were amazing, helpful and so kind ,plus all the other stuff . Highly recommend, definitely will be back again as I really love Thailand.

Pros: First night sleep in Patong we had flight from South Africa. Good value for money! We slept very comfortable as room was airconditioned well and slept late as it was quiet and rested well we woke with a laté downstairs.Took a nice shower afterwards and Rose were truly a amazing host. She recommended just around the corner the best and cheapest hour massage we had ever had. Great, great location to stay, patong beach 150m from room as well as Marlin Night Market quick walking distance away. Great restaurants and bike rentals if needed. Just love Patong!

Great hotel for social interactions

Pros: Great value for money, great location, quite. The most outstanding feature is a lobby where hotel staff and other guests chill/speak/drink/smoke. One night one of the staff friends had Birthday and they shared cake with guests who where at the lobby, that was so sweet of them. Also 5 minutes to the beach, nice cafes nearby. The room itself was ok.

Cons: The room does not have window. Also one night some tourists were very loud, they started arguing like 5 in the morning, shouting doors and etc, so first of all it would be great for hotel staff to intervene, and second of all - I don't know who those people were, but they were clearly English speakers, so please, American/British/Australian tourists, respect other people and do not damage hotel property. Or learn to behave before coming into other countries.

A comfortable and delightful stay from start to finish.

Pros: My experience at this hotel was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were attentive, and the room was spotless and well-equipped. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I’d gladly return on my next visit.
