Pros: Lovely pool and relaxation area. Food was good. Lovely chilled atmosphere.

Cons: Chain on the door of the room didnt work. Door on room was very flimsy worn out. There were people smoking in the dining area. Very strong smell of weed.

Pros: Staff were friendly, great location, booked ground floor king room as you walked out to the balcony you had direct access to the pool.

Cons: Noise in the evening after 12pm you can here every thing from the main road

Great value for money, location and wonderful staff

Pros: It's a very good property and such wonderful staff. Much better than my previous stay at Patong Heritage last year. The swimming pool is nice with the pool cocktail bar. The massage parlor inside the hotel is also very reasonable. Breakfast is good here as well - just didn't have thai tea :) Location is also amazing if you want quick access to 7eleven, patong beach and the party scenes. But property is placed such that there is no noise in the rooms.

Cons: Superior Rooms front side of building everytime I stay really bad smells of cigarette smoke in the rooms.Will always book deluxe in the future.

Pros: Location and pool facility is lovely. Staff mainly house keeping is nice and responsive.

Cons: Beds are very old, hard and wooden corners are jetting out even cause injury during walking around. Breakfast needs some improvement with adding some continental (Pak-Indian-Bangladeshi-Arab) foods too.

Pros: This is a very nice hotel and the staff is really amazing... great location, customer service is fantastic and we really liked the pool. Free towel, good breakfast. I would highly recommend it 👌 Our Best hotel in terms of value for money and good customer service received in Thailand
