A basic hotel which could do with more staff and better menus as it was very far from resturants

Pros: The hotel was very clean and staff were very polite especially mr singh on reception

Cons: There wasn’t enough choice on the menu and food was often cold and very difficult to get to any shops or restaurants and never enough staff around when you needed anything

Pros: Love my short stay! Not crowded, closer to nature but still very accessible going to the main patong center. Lots of transfer app to use like Grab or Bolt. They will pick you up and drop off at the hotel lobby,much better if you take a photo and show the driver. Lovely pool, they have for kids and for adult. Accommodating staff

Pros: Nice hotel, great value for the price. They have a good size pool, a gym, a snooker table, wifi in the room. Basic toiletries provided. If I needed more I can ask from the reception desk. Will be back again! 🥳

Pros: we had a pool side room which was incredible! Rooms were neat and tidy and very spacious. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. If we ordered something to the room it was there in 5 minutes! great location about a 15 minute walk to Bangla Rd and heaps of restaurants and shopping around. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone there!

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa del M. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with breathtaking views that make the whole experience unforgettable. I especially loved the rooftop — both the view and the pool are stunning, and it’s such a relaxing place to spend time. The fact that there is a restaurant on the rooftop as well as one at the reception makes everything so convenient. The facilities are excellent, and the location is ideal. Most importantly, the staff were amazing: always smiling, kind, and attentive to every detail. Their hospitality really made me feel at home. In short, I loved everything about this hotel and will definitely recommend it to my friends. I look forward to coming back very soon!
