Great hotel, but be prepared for a steep uphill walk

Pros: Very nice & clean hotel, friendly staff, equipped kitchenette, cozy balcony.

Cons: The way to hotel leads through very steep slope.

A beautiful, calm and comfortable oasis in the middle of Patong owned by a good and inspiring human.

Pros: Staying at Baan Andaman Sea Surf villa and meeting the owner Decha was the absolute highlight of our time in Patong. Honestly, we could have stayed indefinitely. The property is set back from madness up a short steep hill, which after you have walked up it a few times becomes easier and a welcome after dinner exercise routine. The villa was spacious, well equipped, comfortable, a lovely shower and even had silk bedding to keep you cool at night. The view from the private balcony was wonderful. One side mountain and the other the sea. Lovely sunrises and sunset views and the sounds of nature everywhere. This property is an absolute gem and we’d return to Patong only to stay here and to see Decha who is such a good and inspiring human who shares his beautiful home with so many.

Pros: An interesting, atmospheric place, quiet, surrounded by greenery. A comfortable bed and a spacious balcony.

Cons: The kitchenette in the room only has a kettle and a toaster, so you can't cook anything. It's not very clean in some places.

Made my stay in Thailand

Pros: The room was clean and tidy and the staff including the owner couldn't do enough for me.I would highly recommend this hotel if your going to be in phuket.

Pros: Loved the place! Clean, peaceful and full of character. You can really tell the owner poured his heart and soul into the place - there are surfboards everywhere as part of the decor, shows his personality and passion for surfing. We even got the chance to chat with him, which made the stay feel more personal. Halal food is easy to find nearby, and you can rent a motorcycle at this place to get around. 7-eleven is very near. Patong beach is only about 10-min ride away. This is definitely the kind of place where you feel good being intentional with your money and supporting local. Would definitely come back to learn how to surf during the monsoon season!

Cons: Might be a bit hard to if you don’t rent a motorcycle to get around as the property is on a hill. Can walk but would be tiring, but still doable!

Great location

Pros: The place was a great location close to everything with a short walk downhill which we dont mind as we like walking, the balcolny was great too as meant we didnt have to keep going up and downstairs to smoke, the staff were very helpful too and supplied water daily and coffee

Cons: There wasnt anything we didnt like, however if you struggle to walk up hills this may not be the best place for you

Pros: I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Phuket, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable and modern, and the view… absolutely breathtaking — the kind you just don’t forget. One of the best surprises was the scooter rental available directly at the hotel. It was incredibly convenient, affordable, and made exploring Phuket so easy and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Everything about my stay felt smooth, relaxing, and truly well taken care of. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful hotel with perfect views and great service — plus the bonus of a scooter right on-site — this is the place to stay. Highly recommended! ❤️🏝️

Amazing stay

Pros: It is great as we stayed even in their villa, which is super nice.

Cons: Its all perfect, only exception is that it could get a bit noisy due to the scooters passing through the hill. :)
