Clean and nice room in good location

Pros: Excellent staff and location . property owner is more communicative which is good . rooms are big for this budget . rooms are clean and nice arrangement for morning Coffee or tea

Pros: Nice staff, big room, good location if you have a motorbike.

Cons: The aircon was not really working, it was a bit too hot in the room. It’s on a busy road but thankfully we were on a good side of the building and we couldn’t hear too much noise

Nice but noisy

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was also pretty good. Everything was clean.

Cons: I can't believe the number of people who said it's quiet because I found it very noisy, it's right by a main road and you can constantly hear the sound of traffic going past. Location isn't great either, it's about a 20/25 min walk into the centre/beach and the walk there really wasn't pleasant, along a main road with no sidewalk for part of it.

Pros: The Staff and the owners are very nice and helpful 👍🏿.

Pros: It's a really good option if you want to stay a little bit far from the rush of patong city but at the same time you are in the city. 15/20 min on walking distance to patong beach. Great quality/price accommodation.

Pros: run by two very nice sisters, all facilities were good and would recommend for anyone trying to stay in a slightly less chaotic area of Patong. The owners even gave us a great feed of thai curries and salads leftover from a tour group earlier in the day. Theres a real sense of warmth from the staff in which i am unused too, and it was a generally good stay.

Pros: Big and clean room with very comfortable beds! Good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The owners are very kind too !

Quiet stay away from the busy area with lovely hosts

Pros: Great place to stay! The room was big and clean, A/C working properly, nice warm shower. A little balcony to where you can dry your clothes when back from the beach. A nice small pool was also a plus. A free breakfast was offered with coffee and tea and some cookies, which was also a nice gesture! The owner and the stuff are very hospitable and welcoming :) The hotel is located across the road from 7/11 and right next to one of the best restaurants in Patong (we definitely had our best meal there). Walking distance to the beach (about 15 mins). Overall - great experience.

Cons: The pool area did not have any sunbeds or chair to chill - so that would be an input for improvement :) The room didn't have many charging sockets, which made it a bit tricky to charge all the electronics at the same time. Adding a small bedside lamp would be great :) Otherwise, nothing to complain about. Would stay here again.

Pros: Very friendly stuff. The room is big. There is a fridge, a balcony, an international television. There is even a coffee and a small breakfast in the morning.

Cons: You need 20 minutes by foot to the beach and the way is not comfortable.

Very affordable and Super good.. go for it

Pros: Price was excellent for 2N.. Owner lady is super helpful. Facilities provided for that rate is very good.

Cons: May be there was lift facility!
