Budget friendly, good money for value

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay here and found it to be excellent value. The location is good, though it’s worth noting it’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach or main area. Conveniently, there’s a 7/11 store and a laundrette directly across the road, which was very handy. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered lovely views of the mountains through a large window. The shower was powerful, with fresh towels provided daily along with complimentary body and hair wash products. The bed was on the firm side, which may not suit everyone, and while the TV didn’t pick up many channels, the room was otherwise well-equipped. A couple of small things to note – there was no hair dryer in the room, and the TV selection was limited – but these didn’t affect our overall enjoyment. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and great value for money.

Pros: The lady in charge is very nice. The room for the price i pay was great. Extra large bed. The balcony is small, but who need the big balcony, in this very hot weather. The size is enough for dried the towels. The view nothing to rage about it, still there's a view.

Cons: The Staff in the front desk, when the in charge lady, is not there, bid slow and hardly ever say hello. The telephone is more important. The safe box doesn't work. The young lady try to fixed, she couldn't. She said my sister will fix it up tomorrow. I think she never, mention the issue to her sistet. I can never issue the safe box.

Pros: Clean and good room with a good price. Staff also have nice and good behaviour.

Easy and Comfortable stay

Pros: It's a nice property. Had a very smooth check-in and Seven-Eleven/Super Cheap is right outside the hotel. All kinds of transport are also accessible right outside. Patong Beach is within 1.5 km of walking distance with all kinds of restaurants on the way. The hotel lobby and Hall stays quiet and no disturbance inside hotel. The rooms are big and with all the required facilities.

Cons: The room was all wet when we entered, it was due to the mopping just done but not dried. The location is right on the main road, so it can get noisy at night from passing by vehicles. We had slight issues with the AC too but can't generalize that. The bathrooms are also very clean but we had a slight issue with the shower. Nothing very bad and overall, it was a good stay.

Delightful stay

Pros: Very delightful stay. The room was spacious and clean. We had a balcony and a kettle. We didn't have anything but when we asked they brought tea and coffee! The receptionist is a really kind person and convenient. The location is pretty good. Out of the center but with scooter it's easy. Everything u need around :) I would stay there again
