Great hotel, superb staff and great location

Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, beautiful room and location was perfect.

Pros: Our room was lovely and spacious, good view of pool and beach, pool was nice, the gym was good, breakfast lovely and good choice, also a nice spot for meals, good location. Very much enjoyed the baan laimai.

Best resort in patong

Pros: Picked a room w pool access as expected to be fighting for sunbeds - reality there was always room as the resort is expensive and not crowded because of that. Good breakfast, very good location, scooter parking underground is nice, 7-11 next to building and many nice restaurants and their own laundry room.

Cons: Gym is basic. Quite loud and the pool-access rooms arent much better choice. Patong beach isnt very clean and would recommend kata or karon instead.

Wonderful hotel! The best!

Pros: The location is perfect! The rooms are very large. They are cleaned every day. There is a beach bag and everything you need like toiletries. We are staying for the 4th time at this hotel. We have no intention of replacing it with another!

Cons: 2 days before the end of the holiday, renovations to the Spa started at 01:00 in the night. The noise was terrible. It happened for the first time. The girl at the reception was very nice and moved us to a nicer room with a view of the pool, without extra charge. The bellboy Dean is great! He became our friend. The whole staff is very kind and ready to help!

Pros: Beautiful buffet breakfast, staff were lovely and very helpful, pool was clean and so much room to spread out from others, close to beach and shops.

Cons: The bed was a little hard for my personal preference.

Excellent

Pros: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable Stay – EYE is a Superstar! I love this place! The rooms are excellent and the breakfast is very nice, but the pool access is unbelievable—truly a highlight of the resort. A huge, special thank you to EYE at the front desk. EYE helped me so much by coordinating my two separate bookings so I could stay in the same room. EYE also answered all my questions and gave me perfect recommendations for places to visit. If you go, look for EYE! I can't wait to come back.

A nice hotel in a good location, but it’s not cheap and it doesn’t provide expected luxury.

Pros: The location is excellent in the middle of the Patong beach area. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very broad and allowed various types of food (western, asian, etc.).

Cons: The pool is very limited and it was difficult to find a free spot there. There was lack of supply in the bathroom, e.g. we had to ask for toilet paper, etc.
