Cons: I like everything it's so nice hotel nice people nice location all around

Pros: •Room was clean, nice and spacious •No bugs at all •Well working air condition •Walking distance to everywhere •Restaurants and pubs on the same street •Sea just across the street

Cozy Room, Close to the Beach, But Noisy at Night.

Pros: The location is close to the beach. The room is cozy with street views.

Cons: Well… the noise from the street. Loud techno music, people yelling, fighting, laughing until 5–6 am. I know this is somehow an invalid reason for “didn’t like” because it’s Patong!

perfect location, very nice stay

Pros: staff was super friendly and kind. nice room, like on the pictures. bed and pillows were comfy

Cons: we had some issue with the ac but they changed our room immediately

Quiet little place with premium rooms at a reasonable price within minutes of Patong life

Pros: Really nice large room with a huge bed, receptionist / cleaner Kathy is a star, the large wall-mounted smart TV was a real bonus, excellent value for the price paid

I liked the cleanliness and a light design of the hotel. The location is great!

Pros: Great small hotel with nice staff The TV and wifi is great

Cons: The door opener didn’t work the first time but the staff changed the batteries quickly There is not good soundproof so you can hear the busy street from outside, but with earplugs it didn’t bother me

Pros: Very friendly, comfy bed, great location and tv has Netflix Amazon etc

Modern and great location

Pros: Very modern and nice interior. The location couldn’t be any better, a stones throw away from patong beach. Of course it was a little bit noisy at night, due to the proximity of Patong’s bustling night scene. It is also a lot pricier than a lot of other guesthouses.
