Fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay.
Pros: The staff are all wonderful. The reception, waitering staff, the cleaners are all very helpful and friendly. The management team(M, Som-chai, Suderat, Bow and others) are superb. Bow organised everything perfectly for us. They all make sure everything is perfect for the guests and they have a great team of staff. Well done all. Keep up the good work !

Pros: We went for our honeymoon and the staff made a very thoughtful gesture by keeping a celebratory cake in the room and decorating it with flowers as well. We found that extremely sweet of them. Overall, a lovely experience and will definitely visit again.
Cons: Our room’s AC was shut off at check out time even though we requested half hour extension.

Charming hotel with top notch service
Pros: The property has a laid-back charm to it. Nice location by the sea and a stone throw to the beach. Spacious suite rooms with good amenities. Breakfast has a good variety. But the icing of the cake is their services. Not only I was upgraded to a one-bed room suite, they also let me use another room for delay check out all FOC. The staff are friendly and offer attention to details.

Pros: Room was upgraded for us which had a living room with balcony and dining table with kitchenette. Roof top swimming pool and decent gym with 2 treadmills, some weight machines. Comfortable beds with strong shower and bath. Good breakfast with egg station but the coffee machine malfunctioned after our 1st breakfast. Great quiet location as there are nearby restaurants with good food e.g. Sabai Sabai, Sawasdee and Thai spa e.g. Thai House spa. More convenient location than its sister Cape Panwa hotel for which you need to climb up a steep hill or take the shuttle bus/ taxi. About 23 min ( about 226 baht) taxi journey to Central Festival mall or Old phuket town. Lobby staff were great at providing umbrellas when it rained.
Cons: lack of dishwashing detergent, swimming pool on ground level was rather small but the rooftop swimming pool had a better view and one could do laps. Shower temperature not steady enough, needed adjustments to maintain warm temperature. Needed to take shuttle bus to get to the beach at Cape Panwa Hotel. There is another public beach to the right of the hotel. away from Phuket aquarium about 10 min walk away. Many stairs to get up to the lobby or to your rooms and when it rains, the stairs to the lobby get wet, fortunately there is a separate lift and covered staircase. Decor at Cafe Kantary should be updated.

A perfect place to relax and feel home from home with a warm welcome, especially when staying for longer.
Pros: Beautiful, quiet location, caring staff, clean and bright room with gorgeous balcony. The flowers and plants in the hotel add a nice touch and everything is cared for and attended to. We loved the pool overlooking the bay and the beach at Cape Panwa. We also enjoyed our breakfast choices and being able to eat breakfast at leisure. We were upgraded which was lovely and having both a small kitchen/dining area and lounge plus a washing machine was a real benefit when staying for longer.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!
Pros: Everything! Our family has been going to this hotel for the past 12 years. The staff is unbelievable! Especially, everyone on the outstanding Management Team. Also wonderful Soa of Housekeeping. Anthicha, who is a new waitress was so friendly and helpful. Not forgetting all the other staff in the dining room that has been there for many years. Thank you Sowanna Poonthang at the Gift Shop at Cape Panwa for your help.

Pros: We loved our stay. We had a beautiful sea facing unit and could sit on the balcony and take in the views. The washing machine made it so convenient to do our laundry. The breakfast spread was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband forgot his earphones, and before we were done checking out, they notified reception, which saved us the hassle of coming back. We could take the shuttle anytime of day to Cape Panwa Hotel and enjoy the beautiful private beach and enjoy its facilities. We particularly enjoyed the location and eating from the street vendors. You can purchase from them and sit on the promenade and eat alongside the locals while taking in the sea views.
Cons: We loved everything.

Pros: We have stayed at the Kantary many times and each time is just as great. We love the location - it's away from the crowds, there're no rowdy pubs or girlie bars nearby, instead there's a lovely buzz of local folk, there're excellent Thai restaurants (find Sawadee for best thai curries), and of course the hotel shuttle going back & forth between the Kantary and sister hotel Cape Panwa which gives you access to an exquisite swimming beach.
