Relaxing stay in beautiful ocean villa with great views

Pros: Beautiful villa, great service, fantastic views and breakfast was lovely. Baba Nest and Baba Soul outstanding

Cons: Gym equipment poor (only 1 good treadmill in working order), Chinese restaurant wasn’t great

Pros: If you want to experience true paradise – this is the place. Every corner of the room and the resort feels heavenly. A stunning property that delivers a perfect, peaceful escape. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a taste of paradise.

Nice little break with my family

Pros: Great location, have stayed in this area before. We booked the penthouse suite, and the space was perfect with our baby giving him the opportunity to crawl around freely. The room was beautiful and clean, the decor was lovely.

Cons: There were some improvements to be made. 1. The pool was not heated, and one of the lights were not working therefore not fully lit up at night. Having a heated pool during colder months would be perfect for use. 2. There were odd rusty areas around some tiles on the pool, I think for a luxury hotel this needs to be looked at closer and maintained better. 3. The food options were vast, but quality could have been better. Very mediocre food at breakfast and room service. 4. Service at the hotel could be improved, a few things to mention. 1. Communicating with some staff was very difficult as their English was very limited, for a luxury hotel I expect all staff to have excellent communication skills as I have stayed at many luxury hotels and this is key. 2. I ordered food to the hotel and called down to reception to inform them, they agreed to bring the food up and I specifically asked not to ring the bell and knock on the door quietly as my baby was napping. My ordered placed showed delivered on the app, 10 minutes had passed and no one had brought the food up to me. I rang back down and I was told that the food will be brought to me now, I don’t understand why they didn’t bring it immediately, my food had obviously gone cold as this was now 15 minutes later. They arrived and did not follow instructions and rang the doorbell and woke my baby, if there is another parent reading this you would understand my frustration as nap time for my baby is very precious and once woken when he isn’t ready the whole day goes pear shaped - and it did! 3. I had booked the penthouse which included a kitchen area, but no microwave was provided and I was told I can’t have one in my room, but the villas with a kitchen area have a microwave? Anyway, I asked staff at reception upon check in where I can heat up my babies food during meal times, I was told that I can’t at the restaurant but there’s a charge of 1000baht each time, that’s almost £23!

Pros: This place is a gem!!if you are looking for a vacation in paradise combine with some peace and privacy this is the place you feel like you are in your own little paradise and they have lot of choices in term of food basically no need to leave the resort grounds

Cons: The customer service was great until it was time to check out, the gentleman that did our check out was not pleasant at all did not ask about our stay and never say thank you he just wanted us to pay the bill and was not helpful explaining it either it is a shame that our beautiful stay ended with this unpleasant check out experience but beside that the rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful

Romantic Resort in Phuket

Pros: Very luxurious resort with nice rooms and private pool. very small private beach but very convenient. Breakfast is ok with limited options but it can be brought to your room for little extra.. Spa is superb! I recommend it for couples who want to have romantic vacation.

Cons: I wish the replace toktok with Electric car to sustain the purity of the resort.

Pros: very Nice hotel with a lot of activities even a gaming room

Cons: don t book tennis the coach is great but the all set up is messy spent 15 minutes to find balls as an external coach took all of the hotel ones during our class and pretended it was his. The hotel should not allowed external coaches who messed up internal coaches lessons!
