Fantastic location, amazing staff

Pros: Everything is fantastic from the location to staff, facilities, and the food quality.

Cons: We stayed in a hillside villa for the first two days. It had a minor smell, but that resolved by the second day.

It was amazing!! Property & staff were excellent

Pros: There was nothing not to like, it’s was really impeccable!! Grace our Butler was amazing, made us feel welcomed and really helpful about everything!! Outstanding 10 stars

Best hotel in Thailand by far, and probably one of the nicest villas I've stayed world wide my partner is very picky

Pros: Everything, the butler service on demand they reply within 1 second, The views are unbelievable, 10/10 resort You pay for what you get here, and trust me this is the top.

Cons: Nothing else around, but you don't even need to leave the resort and if u do, the butlers organise you lifts to duck out and get little bits n bobs up the road from the little shops

Pros: Very beautiful resort with an amazing seasview villa, i like the room size and the pool was huge, bathroom was amazing and the breakfast was fabulous. Friendly staff, fast response. They helped too much with my infant by proving bathtab and sleeping cot and many other infants essentias.

Cons: Very expensive resort. Gulf car is essential due to the slopes. I found the room menu very limited and very expensive.

Unique experience / excellent accommodation/ genuine hospitality

The sea-view villa with private pool was fantastic.

Pros: No matter the breakfast buffet, lunch or even the seafood BBQ dinner, it was incredible! Great service, romantic atmosphere and yummy food!

Fantastic all round service and luxury

Pros: Pool Villa with Ocean and beach views is quite rare (infinity pool in own private villa) Staff were excellent all round Breakfast was amazing buffet too with excellent selection of thai , asian, western food

Cons: Really wasnt anything we didnt like Normally we would give balanced review of likes and dislikes (with more dislikes) but nothing here we dislikes whatsoever

A one of a kind experience

Pros: This place is exceptional from any point of view, the location/sea view, the comfort of the villa and its privacy, the staff and service, the restaurants. Definitely the best choice if you want a one of a kind experience in South East Asia.

Perfect piece of Paradise

Pros: The situation on the hill side gave spectacular views over the bay. Both our villa and restaurants locations all gave the same wonderful experience. We invited friends to visit us for dinner one night and they (both American and local Thai) were bowled over by the location and views. Started the evening with drinks on the roof top and were treated to one of the best sunsets ever! We all acknowledged that it was not just the views that were splendid as the restaurant food was also exceptionally good. We should also mention that our villa, with its own private pool and balcony was beautifully positioned and furnished. Last word\t goes to the staff; from out butler to the grounds men and hotel staff in general they could not have been more accommodating - no wonder they call this ‘The land of Smiles’. Did I mention the Spa! - this is a place that could get you talking all day but I’m sure you get our impression of the place! 😁

Cons: There really is nothing to say that is in the least bit negative. Despite that fact that they have just 19 Villa’s the facilities are really good. You can’t expect multiple restaurants with different cuisine menus from such a relatively small hotel complex but they more than make up for that with the quality experience they concentrate on.
