Pros: Hotel room are located in a condo compex, studio apartments with kitchen ( only kettle , no utensils) large pool and codo facilities, simple buffet breakfast ,

Pros: Affordable. Simple. Just by the beach front. Short distance to nearby 7 Eleven.

Cons: Some items were not in very tip top condition: 1) Toilet seat - loose 2) Toilet roll holder - loose 3) Toilet wall socket - not working 4) Big shower head - not working properly 5) Hot water - not consistent 6) No place to put shower gel/shampoo inside shower cubicle 7) One ceiling light - not working 8) Sheer curtains (white) - torn 9) Side table lamp - no socket to use 10) One kitchen cabinet drawer - loose Suggestions for front desk/housekeeping to have upon request: 1) Iron and ironing board 2) Travel adapter

Great view, comfortable stay

Pros: The room was big and had two comfortable beds with a very cool garden view. The room also had blackout curtains, kettle and refrigerators, which helped. Flips flops and umbrella was also provided with a kitchenette. The property had a very cool pool which my daughter and I loved. The air con worked superbly and thr property was very close to the promenade which was very pleasant to walk on in the evenings with the local food shops. The property is accesible by Grab and Phuket aquarium is walking distance. 7/11 and restaurants are within walking distance as well.

Cons: The property is far from all attraction especially the airport where one way charges are upwards of 1000 thb. The day trip to phi phi island charge extra for pickups because it is outside their route. The TV didnf work during our entire 6 day stay and no one came to fix it. The restaurant for breakfast is in the road and it takes a while to walk from the room to the restaurant which is inconvenient during the rains because you will get soaked. Good property for long stay guests who won't move around much.

Nice clean room, great pool!

Pros: We stayed here for 9 nights. It was a last minute booking, and the previous reviews were shocking so we were a little worried. We needn't have been. We had room 2231 in Building B. It's rented rooms in the Pixel Condominium, so not a hotel as such. Ours was a garden view, it looked over the trees out back. Not brilliant, but very quiet. The room was tired as other people had said, but it was clean and fully functioning. Hot, strong pressure shower, comfortable bed, kettle etc. The breakfast is a bit rubbish but only cost us £30 extra for both of us got the 9 nights, so cheap enough. The pool was spotless, and clean and very well needed in 32 degrees heat. They do need more sunbeds/seating though!! Gym but tired but functional. The best bit of this hotel were the staff. They couldn't do enough for you and we're all super friendly.

A wonderful location with ocean view, great value for money and great things to do locally

Pros: The location was great right opposite the water and the night markets and easy to get to small cafes. The pool was beautiful and clean and staff very friendly. The breakfast was mainly Asian food but fairly acceptable for the price.

Cons: The sliding balcony door did not lock and I reported it but no-one came to fix it but it was the weekend, Not great for security though. Also annoying that the WiFi in the condo did not work at all for the three days I was there. Lucky I was able to hotspot to my phone to get internet. I reported it to the maid but nothing happened again..

Pros: Rooms are spacious and clean, amenities placed well, view of room awesome.

Cons: There was only one lift for the whole guest area, the most worst thing was internet wasn't available after one night of stay. and hotel staff and management didn't resolve the issue. it is really embarrassing and disappointing.

Pros: The staff are so kind and helpful. Cape Panwa is absolutely beautiful - our room was huge with a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Pros: This is good room in front of Panwa beach, you can touch real natural beautiful Panwa beach. Their room has beautiful view balcony. Their staffs did good services job. I love their big swimming pool with sea view ocean of Panwa beach I recommend to stay here again
