Lovely quiet stay in a more remote part of Phuket

Pros: Beautiful new hotel and grounds with a great view of the ocean. Lots of facilities, room was large modern and comfortable. Great modern gym. Non motorised watersports like kayaking and paddleboadding. We paid over 1300 for 4 nights half board and found the food to be really nice with good portion sizes. 711 only down the road and was around a 30 minute taxi into phuket old town. The hotel did provide entertainment like a fire show on our first night and singers on two other nights Service at the hotel was mixed with some servers being lovely and attentive whereas others not so much. We would ask for drinks as an example and only get them after multiple reminders.

Cons: The hotel can be quite expensive for what you get. The hotel is split into two sections by a road so those with a pool view or garden view might be disappointed as its likely you will be at the back of the complex away from the ocean and restaurant.. Fortunately we did book an ocean view so worthwhile doing if you can allow for the extra budget. The breakfast room is very small and can get crowded in the morning. The hotel charge a deposit of £2,000 baht per night either by cash or credit card. We didn't have enough cash so i offerred to pay the deposit by debit card as i didn't have a credit card with me but was told it can take 1- 2 months to get it back which is unacceptable. A deposit should be processed and issued upon check out. Alternatively, trust your guests a bit more and don't ask for such a high depsoit - simply settle any oustanding charges at check out. The main thing however was the general atmosphere at the hotel which felt very cold and we didn't feel the most welcomed. As the hotel is new and very beautiful, it attracts a lot of what seemed to be influencers and we often felt that these were prioritsed more. We did appreciate that they bring the hotel advertisement so it is expected, however due to this, you were almost made to feel a bit like a spare part or second class citizen despite paying for the same service.

Pros: Great location Beautiful views Exceptionally friendly hotel staff

Cons: Many of the guests were Russian and showed little respect for others. Smoking on the beach, leaving cigarette butts in the sand, being very loud, playing music through speakers, and ignoring their children, who were extremely noisy. It felt as though this group constituted the majority of the hotel’s guests.

Pros: Comfy beds, good staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Every thing is good

Great location, good value and amazing views

Pros: New property with beautiful view, nice bar and relaxation space overlooking pool. Beach front location and great for day trips to the local islands , the tours team were very helpful to organise activities

Cons: The beach is beautiful however there are few sun loungers and lack of parasols to find shade - we walked up to neighbouring beach club soul villas to find a lounger and shade

Pros: Stunning hotel, amazing views and excellent facilities

A very exclusive hotel, but it grew very quickly and they don't have enough service for the whole hotel.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, very exclusive, and aesthetically impressive. The room itself was comfortable and well maintained, so in terms of facilities, everything was fine. On a positive note, the New Year’s Eve dinner was excellent, and we were wonderfully taken care of by a staff member named Noon, who was incredibly kind and attentive — truly a highlight of our stay. Overall, the hotel has great potential and beautiful facilities, but the service needs significant improvement to match the level of the property.

Cons: However, the service was unfortunately very disappointing. During breakfast, which was a buffet, we stood up briefly to get more food and when we returned, our table had already been taken by other guests. There was no assistance or solution offered. At the pool area, there were no shaded areas at all, and there were also no clean towels available. We had to wait a very long time and eventually ended up air-drying ourselves, which was not acceptable for a hotel of this level.

Some is great, some is definitely not

Pros: Nice beach and pool area, the rooms with pool access

Cons: Breakfast area very crowded, wait 15min+ for coffee. Dinner not served at same time for family of five, very long time wait for some orders (40min+). We had 2 rooms. To get to „Ocean view“ room there is dangerous road crossing, is far from rest of hotel, bad smell (like cat piss)… our room had no sunlight on balcony all day. For this, it was severely overpriced.

A great place for a luxurious Phuket holiday

Pros: New property has a modern feel. The pool access rooms felt luxurious and fun. Situated next to the sea with a very clean sandy beach was also nice. Most of all, the service quality was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: The location is good and bad. It’s good in that it is less touristy and clean (beaches) etc. but it is at the very southern most part of Phuket so trips to Patong etc are 50 mins to 1 hr.

We had a fantastic stay here!! Will recommend this resort to family and friends!

Pros: Peaceful surroundings and clean room. Nice view of the beach from our balcony.

Cons: The restaurant menu is quite limited.
