Ban Elephant Blanc Apartment

Pros: The accommodation was clean and worked well for me. However, the toilet tap did not come out properly, it would require a little maintenance. I would stay again so it was quite good value for money. Theres no elevator so be sure you can climb the stairs if you stay on 3rd floor.

Nice hotel for one or couple nights

Pros: I liked how quiet the room was, far away from motorcycles and Main Street. I got a proper sleep there. Great value for money

Pros: I stay on this place regularly while on Kata Beach. The location is good, clean and if available I always book this place.

Cons: The internet speed is very poor this time. Wifi signal is not reaching third floor, so until you stay at the basement you will not able to connect.

Pros: Great location. A few minutes walk to the main road and about 15 min walk to kata beach. In a small street so no traffic noise at night.

Cons: There are 2 with similar names. Be careful to make sure you go to the correct place.

Pros: Had an amazing stay, the property is well maintained, clean and tidy and all facilities were of a high standard. Located a short walk from Kata beach, close to all the restaurants and shops but off of the busy high street. The owner and staff were friendly and took care of everything efficiently, I would definitely recommend this place and will book again for sure! Thank you

Host was amazing!

Pros: when we arrived, it was a little tricky to find but not hard. unpacked etc, and settled in. out for meal etc and went to bed. had everything we needed. spoke to the host about our issues, (see what we didn't like), paid a little extra and we're moved to another site with bungalows and a pool. so peaceful and hidden away but ten minutes walk and in the town for restaurant etc, 20 minutes walk and at the beach.

Cons: 7am the first morning, building project next door started banging shouting then a little metal workshop started around 8.30. spoke to host and issues resolved, (see what did you like)

Great place for long-term in Kata

Pros: Very good location, in the quiet part of Kata, clean rooms, near everything you need (7Eleven, laundry, restaurant). 100Mbps internet connection. Stayed here for almost two months. As frequent visitor to Kata, when I come here again. I will definitely stay here again.

Cons: There's a confusion about the apartments location. The correct location is just behind Ozone Condotel (or Thai Thai restaurant). The shower pressure might be a little bid better.
