Pros: Everything was good, the rooms were spacious and clean. Good location and close to main things. Close to the beach. Pool area was small and there was no bar there. Overall good stay

Pros: Location is great, close to 2 beaches, no need to climb up the hill. Nice spacious rooms.

Cons: There is no balcony, so we had some problems with drying our swimsuits after the beach.

Pros: The pool is amazing and the view is so nice at night also everything was so good and clean the room also perfect the bads are comfortable and sheets are clean and new conditioner AC is working good and the personal is very kind and helpful the reseption girl I dont remember her name she was pregnant she was a nice and very kind .Breakfast was good also we are very happy and recomending this hotel 100%

Perfect location, great staff and exceptional value

Pros: We stayed here at KK Boutique during Songkran. It is a fantastic location just up from the Kata junction and just down from the Dino Golf park. A short 5 minute walk to both Karon and Kata beaches means you are split for choice. The staff we found to be very friendly and super helpful. We found the rooms comfy and guests well catered for. The roof top pool area was an added bonus! A good viewing spot to look at very Karon and Kata while the water of Songkran was being thrown around d said my wife… lol We really enjoyed the breakfast that we had, all the buffet breakfast options were laid out. We thought the value was excellent.

Pros: 6 min by foot to Kata beach and 5 min to Karon beach. For snorkeling recommendation is only Karon beach and on the left near the rocks can be found a few colourful fish. The sand is amazing. The room was very clean and modern. Nice view from the pool. Breakfast very good. Very good for the money. Near the hotel can be found a lots of exchange offices and shops. There are a lot of places in Phuket area for tourists where you will have to pay by cash only.
