Pros: The breakfast spread was amazing. The children enjoyed the pool. The hotel was very near to the beach and they had a tap for washing up at the side gate near the beach, which made it so convenient for us.

Pros: Ozo Hotel is the kind of hotel that stays with you. A place where you truly feel at home. Beyond the beautiful facilities, the abundant and varied breakfast, and the swimming pools for both adults and children… I can confirm that their real strength is the staff. After a small issue involving my daughters, everyone did their best to assist us with all the necessary procedures. One person in particular stole our hearts: Aon. Her kindness and professionalism truly impressed us, and we are so grateful for everything she did! We will definitely be back! Thank you again!!!

A fantastic experience

Pros: OZO is a fantastic property when traveling with kids. The pools are lovely, the staff are warm & friendly, and things like movie night, craft activities, and the play areas are great for keeping kids occupied. The location - right across from the night market - is also excellent.

Cons: We had two odd/frustrating interactions with staff during our stay. On one occasion, a server at Thirst spilled a tray’s worth of drinks on our pram. While she did use paper towels to dry it, the pram smelled of beer for the rest of our stay. The second one was more troublesome, as a staff member entered our room, unannounced and unrequested, while my wife and I were in a delicate situation. No formal apology was offered, with the staff member fleeing immediately.

Cons: Recommendation: Kindly requested to install a sticker on the ceiling of each room to indicate the Qiblah direction for Muslim guests.

Nice hotel but the room was fairly small despite our upgrades.

Pros: It was clean and house keeping staff were very friendly. Great idea about the kids tent in the room and the family cooking course.

Cons: Observing what looked like a business meeting with the hotel staff during the day discussing their sales and business promotions.

Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Venue and Pool areas were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was included and was fresh, delicious and plentiful

Fantastic water slide and location. Modern rooms.

Pros: The slide was excellent. Rooms were very modern, new and clean. Location is perfect - close to beach, restaurants and the wonderful night market.

Cons: The breakfast, whilst abundant, wasn’t very good. Had trouble finding anything that tasted ok apart from the fruit. Could make it more simple but actually taste the food.

Perfect holiday destination

Pros: Perfect location. Lovely food. Breakfast was amazing, huge variety. Rooms compact but comfortable. Very memorable and enjoyable stay. We extended our stay and would definitely return.
