Pros: Amazing location, excellent value for money and beautiful staff.

Pros: Cleanliness Friendly staff Location is absolutely amazing, very close to karon beach and not too far away from kata beach. Also so many restaurants and shops and even the night market is close by. The hotel is inside so it's perfect as you don't get disturbed by the sounds of the street and people. There are plenty of laundries close by as well in case you need to wash and dry some clothes.

Perfection!

Pros: It’s a perfect location for couples or families wanting to be close to both beaches and city, yet located on uphill, which makes it much quieter!

Pros: Location was very good and we loved the homely Thai style of the bungalow and it had a nice balcony to sit outside on as well :) it was basic but had everything we needed for our short stay and was very good value and clean!

Cons: You have to walk up steep short hill to get to your room, so may not be suitable for older people

Was really sad to leave. A great gem!

Pros: The location, the quietness, the garden, the staffs… to be honest: everything!

Cons: Nothing. We had a hard mattress but I love them but I get some people may not like it

Glide down the fantasy hill and you are on the beach

Pros: Great location to beach, friendly crew to help you, night market and bars & restaurant are nearby.

Cons: Not something in particular. It’s basic, it has a kettle but no coffee or tea. If you have difficulty walking it might be a challenge to get there. No showstoppers here, it’s good

Pros: Very good location and excellent value for money. We rented it for a day as our flight was at late night. Very good host came over at 11pm to collect the key. If you are on a budget, worth considering.

Cons: Some lighting in the garden is awkward. It shine upward rather than to the ground, making it difficult to see the walking route.

Pros: Excellent location! A minute walk from the lively streets of Kata yet very quiet and a bit hidden with a lovely little garden in the middle. Kata and Karon beaches are a short walk away. The staff members and the management are amazing people. Very friendly and helpful. My room was excellent. Clean and spacious with a huge bed. Highly recommended! I'm definitely staying here again next year.

Pros: Amazing place! It has exceeded our expectations, and I really can't recommend it enough. Location, view, facilities, staff. Very spacious, clean, and beautiful room. Good WiFi, a few sockets around the room and very quiet.

Top quality accommodation, close to Kata and Karon beach, yet wonderfully secluded location

Pros: The hotel is ideally located a short walk between Kata and Karon beach. It is tucked away from the main road and is really quiet. Yet within 2 mins you can be in the hustle and bustle of the main strip of restaurants, bars, shops and the street food market. Top quality accommodation at a great value price.
