Neptuna Kata Beach

Highly recommended.

Pros: Great location.. Quiet, spacious room clean and well decorated with all the facilities I needed like safe and kettle. Comfy bed. Walk-in shower with hot water. Room cleaned with fresh towels. Reception staff spoke good English and we're very friendly and helpful. I'm planning to return next year. Highly recommended. .

Cons: There was nothing that I did not like.

Pros: Very good location, nice spacious and very clean room. I booked a no window room but still got a little window in the bathroom. I made a mistake in the dates while booking and they accept to move my booking last minute to accomodate me. Everything was perfect.

Pros: Didn't do any research before booking here and I have to say it was the highlight of our Holliday. Booked this hotel with a friend, rooms are great and the staff is exceptionally friendly and easy going. They are a really great help with recommendations and will help you 24/7 with a smile. The bar is great and James the manager/ barman makes the best cocktails in kata beach. We had plans to travel to more locations and decided to stay here because of the great vibe Neptuna Hotel offers. Kata beach is perfect for the best beach with great waves if you love surfing and if you want to party just take a taxi/bolt or scooter to patong. But still in kata beach the party's are great too.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike

Pros: Close to the beach, but around here are so many different resturants, bars and ofcourse the beach. Staff is nice and welcoming I enjoyed my short stay will stay longer next time. I think then I can leave a more developped review

Cons: A bit to much of one catagory in this location but each to their own

Great value for money

Pros: Excellent location close to the beach and in the centre of Kata close to night market and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in Thailand. Good coffee and bar in the lobby too.

Cons: No pool but there’s a beautiful beach just a few minutes walk away.

Spacious, comfortable room and a great location within walking distance to Kata Beach and Karon Beac

Pros: Room is spacious and location is strategic. Walking distance to both Kata Beach and Karon beach. Bus Stop is also just across the street from the hotel, so easy to go to/from the airport. Staff are always smiling and greeting, and very accomodating.
