As close to perfect as you will get.

Pros: The Staff were amazing and nothing was to much trouble. The Breakfast was exceptional. We loved every moment of our stay.

Cons: Nothing could have been better. Everything was perfect.

Pros: lovely room. nice pool area but not as big as I expected. `i booked half board and had the option of lunch buffet or evening a la carte which I was happy about. Breakfast buffet was great with so much choice

Pros: Perfect, lovely big rooms, clean and were serviced daily

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was the hill, but the quiet location, free shuttle and 200BAR tuk tuk to get up the hill was super easy so didn’t make a difference at all, you also get the views being higher too.

Great location and amenities

Pros: The location is excellent and very close to the Kata night market. Its an uphill walk to the resort if you don't have a car but it is just a 5 mins walk and can be fun. The staff is very polite and helpful. We were offered a plenty of discounts on F&B and Spa. The family rooms are great if traveling with kids.

Cons: We had to remind for housekeeping a couple of times. It would be good to have a microwave in the room.

We had a family get away at the Novotel and while its a bit of a hike up the hill, its good value

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, there was nothing more that you could have wished for on the menu. The pool was lovely with a swim up bar

Cons: The beds were very hard and quite uncomfortable. Our room also had a sliding door that didn't shut properly.
