Wonderful to have such great customer service!

Pros: There were a few issues on arrival but Sami from Lofty Villas was so on the ball to rectify them immediately, I can't thank him enough. Totally above and beyond the call of duty! I don't think I've had such good customer service, he and his team really cared and went the extra mile.

Cons: The resort was struggling with the drains after heavy rain. I did see a number of major initiatives to rectify this during my stay so I would imagine it's fixed now. It only applied for a short time after heavy rain.
