Staff were amazing, they all deserve raises.

Pros: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They all went above and beyond.

Pros: The location is decent, however, since it is situated on the main road it can be challenging to cross the road. The room was kept clean daily with new water bottles. The staff were great and the hotel concierge for tours was very helpful with providing us affordable tours.

Cons: The shower had a problem with hot water, it fluctuated between hot and cold which caused for an uncomfortable shower. Apart from that the stay was great.

Good stay overall

Pros: The location was ok, 15-20 mins walk to the beach. Restaurants and a good self service laundry close by. The reception staff were very helpful and had very good english. Plenty of space in the room. There's a couple of Seven Eleven's close buy to purchase snacks and alcohol. We didnt hear any traffic noise even though it is near the main road. We were in a back room with a balcony.

Cons: The pool area was poorly lit, and there were no lights in the pool itself. there were only a few sun loungers. The wifi voucher system kept dropping out. There was poor wifi on the rooftop by the pool. The lower level balcony looks out onto a building, but the higher levels are better.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, very nice rooms, kept clean during stay. Polite and helpful tour operator in the main reception that was able to book all the activities I wanted to do without even leaving the hotel or doing a search on my phone. You can get everything you want within a 5 minute walk of the hotel (7-11, laundry, food, massage, barbers etc). Great value for money and a truly nice place to stay

Cons: Slightly grim view from balcony just looking into a rubbish tipped wasteland which looked like it was a future development that stopped in the early stages. Its not a big deal, I spent next to no time on the balcony but thought its worth mentioning.

Pros: Budget hotel but still clean and comfortable. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the beach it’s located down the road from restaurants. Out of the way from hustle and bustle but what we wanted as a family with a baby

Pros: Very nice calm place, not too busy, has 7-eleven nearby, somewhat close to the beach

Cons: They did go in and clean the room without being asked to do so which left me feeling like there was not privacy or maybe that my things werent safe

Pros: My favourite hotel I’ve stayed at in Thailand! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The rooms are so clean and the cleaner is amazing and super friendly! The pool is so clean and perfect to relax on top of the roof. Hotel 10 min walk from the beach and has 2 7/11 s outside! I loved our stay. So easy to go to old town in a 30 min grab! Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!! Thank you for the best stay.

Pros: Neat and clean rooms. The mattress was very comfortable. I like that it looks out over an empty field, it’s calm. The walk on the busy road is under a minute, it’s really not that bad. And the 711 next door is great. Pool looked good.

Cons: Sometimes the shower suddenly got really hot by itself.

Good accommodation that worked well for our needs. Swam every morning in the rooftop pool. 👍🏼

Pros: Breakfast was fine, room was great, location worked well for us. Happy campers.

Cons: Too much rubbish washed up on the beaches. Too sad.
