Wonderful stay at sunny and scenic apartments with an amazing pool

Pros: Beautiful apartment which was modern & stylish. Well equipped, with black and blinds and a washer dryer. Perfect for us as we were travelling with a baby. Pool was huge and had a pool bar which served very reasonably priced Thai food. Lots of sun loungers. Not far from the beach and close to lots of shops, massage parlour and restaurants in Karon. Also walking distance from Kata. Surroundings of the apartment were very pleasant and it has its own patio with chairs. Gary was a kind and gracious host. He was incredibly helpful and gave us some useful local info.

Cons: not much to dislike! Worth mentioning it is at the top of a very steep hill. We enjoyed the cardio and the challenge of pushing our babies stroller up the hill but not great for those with mobility issues. Electricity charge is extra - but was not very much at all.

Pros: The complex was very nice, set around a lovely swimming pool and spa. Gary was amazing, friendly, very helpful and very good at communicating (for a tractor boy) We had the best week and would highly recommend this accommodation 😁

Cons: Was cheap but wasn’t expecting to pay the power bill for our stay. The massive hill up and down as most Ubers won’t drive to the top

Pros: Gary was super helpful and kind! The place was great overall, functional kitchen, Netflix was complementary and pooil area was super clean!

Pros: Our apartament was very pretty, all looked like on the photos! Host Gary was very helpful, he areanged everything so we do not have to worry about anything. Localisation is great, near the beach, shops and restaurants.

Pros: I was met by my host, who gave recommendations for food and travel.

Pros: the view from the balcony is amazing and also the contact with the owner who helped us with an extra key at 3 am!

Pros: Gary was a very nice host. The apartment was really well located, clean, close to the beach and restaurants.

Overall, an excellent and inexpensive place to stay.

Pros: The apartment itself, the common areas, and the pool are excellent. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Spacious garage with elevator. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. The central air conditioning worked perfectly. Very reasonable price considering the quality.

Cons: Unfortunately, the description did not mention that access to the accommodation is not easy due to the steepness of the road leading there. Although taxis are very cheap, some of them dropped us off on the main road because they did not want to tackle the hill. The steep incline also means that renting a scooter or car requires greater caution. I would not recommend it for novice drivers. Although I know this is not a hotel, I really missed the daily cleaning and towel change. We would have been happy to pay for this.

Pros: A quiet place for family holidays. Gary is a very good manager. All information was provided in full. It is an ideal place for families with children.

Cons: I can't say that I didn't like it. There is a slight difficulty when walking uphill. Since it can be very hot outside, it can be a little difficult for some people. The pool was also renovated during the day. Sometimes there was nowhere to swim. I would like the pool to be open until 21.00
