Blu Monkey Hub and Hotel Laguna

Pros: Location perfect,staff excellent, clean room. Quiet air con,beds so comfy slept well.

Cons: Breakfast,all food was cold unfortunately or luke warm at best, even though they were on heaters. This needs to be addressed as this hotel is overall good for everything. The pool area and sundeck exposed to the sun,the umbrellas should be moveable to protect you from the sun and there were no umbrellas on the upper sundeck.

Cons: Obviously some people won’t like the building site but it didn’t bother me and my partner at all xxxx

Pros: Very clean and modern. Comfy bed and great bathroom facilities. Fair price for the more upmarket area of Phuket. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: It’s a little bit out of the way. To walk to the beach we had to walk for about 25 minutes and go through a high end hotel/resort (which felt a bit wrong). This being said nobody said anything and it’s a wonderful part of the island to stay.

We were a group of 8 who spent between 10-14 days at this hotel. All members of the group absolutely loved our stay.

Pros: Location, Staff, Facilities, Room, Cleanliness The staff are absolutely amazing, always smiling and always greeting you when they saw you. Check In and Check Out was flawless. The rooms clean and very comfortable. Lived that the pool facilities were accessible up until 10.00pm

We really enjoyed the place despite some issues. It is a fantastic hotel.

Pros: Very stylish hotel, very comfortable beds location was lovely. Also, the breakfast was amazing plenty of choices every day. Food was hot and the chef kept on top of it on a constant basis. The location is perfect not to far from the beach. The area around is clean and quiet in comparison to other parts of Phuket.

Cons: Checked in hair in the shower, people smoking above us made a cigarette butts land on our balcony. Also next to the hotel was a construction site which could be heard throughout the property so unfortunately we couldn’t use the swimming pool at the top floor as the noise was horrendous. We weren’t told about it before arriving.

Not luxury but a very good hotel to stay and staff were really helpful and nice.

Pros: Good amenities, bed was really comfortable. It feels quite basic but it had everything you needed. The shower was powerful and food was quite good and reasonably priced too.
