Pros: The staff at Diamond are amazing and go out of their way to help! Only a short stay wished it was longer

Pros: The lounge and dining area was very spacious but bedrooms were tight. Very clean. Swimming pool was lovely. Staff very courteous. The breakfast buffet was great - nice spread and tasty.

Cons: The bedrooms were small. Hard to move around the bed. And mattress was hard.

Great first family trip to Phuket, will return again in the future

Pros: The staff are very nice and friendly, pool is great and location very close to bang tao beach, nice clean hotel with shuttle bus service

Fantastic base with great amenities

Pros: Property was clean and the apartment was very spacious. Restaurant was great with food that was amazing . Pool is mostly shaded for best part of the day . Hotel transport great for getting to the beach or it’s an easy walk

Fabulous , lovely place , lovely people , great hotel

Pros: So clean , great location , fabulous restaurant on site , friendly staff , great area , shuttles everywhere when needed .

Cons: The pool gets a lot of shade as tall buildings but we were at beach everyday so it wasn’t an issue - that’s only negative thing I can say if I had to say something

Great for a few nights

Pros: Rooms great size and clean, 10 mins walk to beach and other places to eat. Staff very helpful and arranged taxi to airport.

Cons: Tiny cups for tea in morning, bar and food area quite cramped together but fine for a few nights stay. The shower room when we checked out of room to use later was in the sauna room and therefore like a sauna to get ready for airport!

A great stay and good location!

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. The daily shuttle service to multiple locations and ease of booking was great! The breakfast was nice and good value for money.

Cons: There wasn't much space/loungers around the swimming pool, and it was often full of people.

Pros: The restaurant was lovely, rooms spacious for 4 adults and the shuttle bus was very helpful

Cons: The beds were a little too hard

Pros: Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast..clean facilities. Pool and gym are great.

Cons: One of the beds was extremely hard. Too much construction sites around the hotel. Hard to walk next to the vehicles to reach nearby shops

Nice chilled stay, beach is a nice comfortable walk about 10 min

Pros: Lovely room and always clean the cleaner could not do more

Cons: Not a lot of room around the pool ie seats and chairs for the size of the complex
