Perfect for us, in a beautiful location

Pros: Been coming to Cassia for annually for about 6 years. Perfect for us being an elderly couple. Lovely location, room has excellent facilities with own kitchenette. Very pleasant staff. Overall suits our needs perfectly.

Cons: Breakfast could be better as freshly cooked items are left to stand & therefore get cold. Heated lights were not over the food. Apart from that everything else exceptional.

Comfortable stay, but overpriced during EDC festival, which make us consider other places nearby

Pros: Breakfast was great with variety of food and drinks. Great location with easy access to the restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very welcoming and friendly staffs, especially Mr. Baris who was very accommodating. The housekeeping staffs were kind to give us whatever amenities we need and give us new towels everyday. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Bathrooms and the living room were very clean.

Cons: We ordered food (room service) to our room, but no staffs picked up the trash for two days as we left the container back in the food storage.

Lovely, we'd come again

Pros: Location, close to beach, great shuttle, lovely surrounding with Laguna, lovely staff. Appreciated by Russian families.

Cons: Busy during breakfast as it was peak period. Breakfast buffet quality is good, but wouldnt rate as a 5 star.

Really enjoyable stay once again an we will definitely be back!

Pros: We liked the location, really near the beach and plenty bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are really helpful and always so happy!

Cons: Some of the guests are a bit rough.

The topper is so comfy 😌

Pros: Staffs are friendly and I like their decorations. It's lively and colorful 😍 The topper is so comfy 😌 and I love to know what's the band of topper.

Cons: We don't the bed frame is noisy when we moves. It's a bit annoying. Not good for honeymoon couple.
