Pros: Great location walking distance to the beach and the small town nearby. Friendly helpful staff, and decent amenities.

Pros: Good service overall. The buffet breakfast was great, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. Even though the hotel was at full capacity, everything operated smoothly. Additional requests and emails were answered quickly.

Cons: On the downside, the hotel is located near a busy road not noisy, but it does affect the view. The room was also a bit small

Great choice to stay when attending EDC Thailand

Pros: The rooftop pool was lovely. Good location. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the egg station at the morning buffet breakfast

Cons: It was really nice. Perhaps better coffee at the buffet breakfast.

Great location, nice staff, pleasant stay.

Pros: Mostly really good - Staff, breakfast, gym and room all good.

Cons: Pillows not too comfortable. Balcony had no view and little space. There was a power cut one night, the emergency light came on in the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep.

Nice stay in quiet area

Pros: In-hotel restaurant is quite good, room was nice, I really enjoyed power sockets that are designed for any possible appliances (EU/US/China/GB).

Cons: On the 2nd floor, where the gym is, there was strong scent of sewers - it was really unpleasant.

Great hotel

Pros: Everything was great especially breakfast. Great view from the rooftop swimming pool. Free shuttle bus to the beach and shopping area.

Cons: The only problem was the absence of any kind of rope for wet clothes and swimsuits drying. There is no balcony in the room.

I would of chosen differently if I went again

Pros: Friendly staff however front desk when bored where very unhelpful, great room with amazing service pool was amazing

Cons: Bad location, found ourselves wishing we stayed closer to old town, this stay is so weather dependent so maybe during good weather the location could be good, bang toa beach is not the best either lots and lots of rubbish and closed almost ever other day
