Loved the hotel and beach, sea and restaurants around the hotel and the hotel grounds were lovely.

Pros: Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Great breakfasts and lovely food at the beach club . Beach club wax a lovely location for a sunset drink and / or dinner. The hotel grounds were beautiful as is the hotel in general. We didn’t get chance to eat at the other hotel restaurants.

Cons: Lack of Nespresso coffee machine in the room

Relaxing

Pros: Great hotel with a wonderful beach. It's located in a stunning environment with a beautiful garden and an excellent coastline. The room was comfortable and quiet, equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. The bed was comfy. The air conditioning is adjustable, so you don't have to freeze like you usually do in Thailand. The breakfast and the restaurants on-site are excellent—great variety and delicious food. The staff is very kind and helpful. When we left early for an excursion or the airport before breakfast, they even prepared a breakfast box for us. The beach is gorgeous; the water is great, and the shore is clean and comfortable. The sun beds under the trees are perfect for relaxing.

Cons: There is almost nothing within walking distance. However, you can easily get anywhere using Grab. Just be prepared for heavy traffic jams all over Phuket. Also, I should probably mention that there are a lot of Russian guests at the hotel.

Cons: Basically I liked everything. I enjoyed the stay. Just may be facilities can be renovated they see a bit outdated.

Cons: Limited room service: a 5 * should have 24/7 service, especially when on jet lag it’s important to have access to food all day & night

Great hotel, beautiful beach and delicious thai food!

Pros: Great hotel, the beach is amazing, allowing nice long walks. The room was big enough, clean, with a partial sea view which was great. The staff was nice and efficient. We had dinner 2 times at the thai restaurant in the hotel, the food was delicious and not overpriced.

Pros: Stay at dusit club room Everything was found so good. Baby caring food suggestions for vegetarian.

A wonderful quality stay with fine staff and location

Pros: Beautiful traditional style with gorgeous pool looking on to the beach. Excellent staff and really lovely breakfast. Fine cocktails and all round felt to be an understated but quality experience.

Cons: The only thing really is that the coffee could be improved… a pool table and a ping pong table indoors somewhere when it rains would be great. The building that the gym and children’s activity Centre is in is in need of refurbishments but this did not not diminish our appreciation.
