Amazing location for some of the best beach clubs and easy travel around the rest of Phuket

Pros: Amazing location, close to beach clubs, the beach and some great restaurants. Also a reasonable distance from other hot spots but away from a lot of the hustle and bustle. The staff were really helpful, even with random questions we were asking them. They had a lot of patience and we really appreciated their support.

Cons: The room was great, i think a little bit more sound proofing would be welcome considering how easy it is to hear neighbours. The spa was not that great, sauna was too large so to get the heat (it’s only 65 degrees) you have to stand up. The steam room and cold plunge were probably off when I went but they did not work at all. The gym was great for a hotel, but be aware there’s not a lot of equipment so you’ll be waiting to use stuff if there’s people already using it.

Relaxation and recovery bliss

Pros: Clean, great facilities, good gym, no kids, great location. Staff really nice.

Cons: Sheets and towels smelled, must be the laundry detergent used. Breakfast selection could be better. Nothing major as overall excellent stay.

Best place I’ve stayed in Phuket so far

Pros: Loved everything about the place. I’d even left another hotel I paid for to come back here. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The food was exceptional and let me combine food from the menu to suit what I wanted. The rooms were stunning. And the pool always had sun beds available. Best place I’ve stayed in Phuket. And the spa is incredible too. Loved every minute there.

Pros: Extremely clean, comfortable rooms and beds, staff friendly, great shower, good gym, lovely swimming pool. Great location near lots of restaurants and beach. Free shuttle bus is handy too

Nice relaxing stay

Pros: The location was really good , minutes from the beach , department store, beach clubs and from some shopping places . Breakfast too was nice . Rooms are nothing fancy , but neat and clean and staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons: The steam sauna didn’t have any towels , found it very strange . Plus the spa was not nice at all , while a few of us in the group were very happy , a couple including me were super unhappy with the spa .

Beautiful stay

Pros: This was our second stay at the hotel, great rooms very spacious. The pool area is great and definitely head up to the restaurant for food or drinks around sunset the setting is beautiful. The staff were great especially Boy on the front desk. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Close to the beach 10 minutes walk or use the shuttle bus. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: An excellent hotel is located in a great location near the My Catch disco and many other things, the beach is excellent.

Cons: I didn’t like the New Year itself, because they seated us at the wrong table for which we paid!!! The program that was promised for the holiday didn't happen... some kind of holiday for children... the hotel is listed at +16...
