Incredible Hospitality.

Pros: Chino Town Gallery Alley sits right in the middle of Old Town Phuket, so it's super easy to step outside and wander around this gorgeous little town. Our stay was comfortable and peaceful. The staff were wonderful, especially Miss Mimi, who was so kind and welcoming. We just happened to mention it was our friend's birthday, and she went out of her way to surprise us with a cake. The hospitality was amazing, and we're really happy we ended our trip staying here.

Pros: I had a great stay! The hotel is a good place to relax — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Lovely & quaint - will stay again ♡

Pros: Great location nestled in a side street off the main road so not too much foot traffic as compared to surrounding streets. About 200m from the popular Sunday Night Market. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with a very large bed. Loved the hotel decor and general homey atmosphere. Very quaint. Friendly lady at check-in. After that, didnt see any other staff. I would recommend asking to stay in Room 1 or Room 3. Room 1 has a window with natural lighting. Room 3 seems like it may be a bit more sheltered from noises from other guests.

Cons: I stayed in Room 2 and while it was comfortable, it had no natural lighting and was right in the middle of 2 other rooms. The soundproofing inside the building is not great as you can hear people walking up and down the stairs and passageway - so just a heads up if youre a light sleeper. Also, note that the bathroom is very small - just a shower and toilet - the basin and mirror were outside in the room. Bathroom has no independent ventilation. Not too much of an issue if youre on your own, but if travelling with others can get a bit crampy and gross as you cant flush toilet paper down the toilet. These things didn't bother me too much - and wouldn't prevent me from staying again.

Pros: Staff were friendly, location is great. The property is in a quieter part of the Old Town Phuket with easy access to popular tourists spots and the museum. While shops closest to the stay shut early, pubs and restaurants that remain open in the night are at walkable distance.

Pros: Great place great location. friendly welcome. Very quirky place and very clean.

Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable and had rips in the sheets. Having said this i would stay again but mattress needs changing
