Good location for a quick stay

Pros: Great central location in old town. Only stayed one night for easy access to the port. Room is compact but bathroom is spacious

Cons: The mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs

Great stay in Phuket

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable, despite being found in an old big house. Air conditioning and hot water was working. Bottled water was provided daily. Instructions and demonstrations were provided clearly by staff upon check-in. Very centrally located in town - a ten minute walk from the central bus terminal. Tons of shops, restaurants and cafes around when getting out.

Cons: No slippers provided, as opposed to what’s advertised. Staff didn’t respond to requests made via this platform.

Great value and super location

Pros: Great situation in Phuket Old Town We had a very comfortable room with a balcony providing a great view over the busy Old Town street.Shower was hot and.powerful, and fast 5G internet.

Cons: There was no kettle in room.which would have helped. No.food.and.deink were allowed in the room.

Perfect for one night stay after a long flight

Pros: Futon type bed and having to climb over it to get to balcony.. lovely views of streets old town phuket..had breakfast on streets. Amazing khao tom and saw hje fresh food and meat market early

Cons: Nearl taking out my shins on the wood base of futon bed

Pros: To me it felt like staying at my grandparents place. Clearly the staffs were super kind, and I can say it depends on how you behave in an old Chinese house like here.

Cons: Everything was good , I was even okay with low pressure of hot water.

Pros: Absolutely loved the location, it was so quiet and the sunset view was amazing! Extremely clean, great AC, beautiful pool, all the facilities you could need. Host was very knowledgeable and had some great recommendations. I would most definitely stay here when I come back.

Ideal venue for a short stay in the centre of the old town.

Pros: Good location for exploring the old town with lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel was quirky, with a lovely open air area by the fish pond where you could make coffee and eat at any time. We visited Phuket Elephant Sanctuary from here, which we pre-booked direct with the Sanctuary before arriving, including return transport. The hotel was well situated for the Sanctuary and the airport.

Cons: The staff weren't very forthcoming with us, but that may have been a language issue.

Pros: at the very center of the city. go down and there's the night market. beautiful design very clean. nice pantry with koi pond. very calm.

Cons: we got a smaller room with quite literally no place to sit. just a small walkway from door to bed. but it was still comfortable. you can have your meal downstairs at the pantry.

Great stay, amazing value for money.

Pros: Comfy beds, good bathroom. Fresh bottled water everyday. Great location in old town, next to lots of shops, cafes and 10 minute walk from Phuket Indy Market on every night. Air con worked perfectly, staff were nice enough. Amazing value for money.

Cons: It was a little loud in the mornings from the street, but it was sleepable at night.
