Fab for staying in Old Town Phuket

Pros: The welcome when checking in. The room was huge! Really well furnished with a seating area. The beds were big and comfortable. The shower was good and there was a hairdryer. Everything was clean, water provided and tissues daily. The room overlooked the street. You walk through the Primego shop to get to the room, but this was never a problem and the staff were always very welcoming. The girl looking after us sorted out some laundry for me. The location is right in the middle of the Old Town, with good restaurants and cafes. There's lots to see around the area. We found an Indy Street food market nearby. I would recommend staying here to see the Old Town.

Cons: Nothing. But I'd recommend earplugs for sleeping as the street can be a bit noisy. But its worth it!

Pros: Excellent location, clean and has everything needed! A bit awarded at first sight as it is above a gift shop but we new from reviews and wasn’t a surprise for us Good value for a family as ours with two kids.

Pros: owners are lovely, i like that we had a private rooftop access thing, fresh towels and waters delivered daily, room slightly bigger than expected. gave us a small discount in the shop haha

Cons: not that i didn’t like it, it’s just good to note it’s above a shop so often very busy and up a flight or two of stairs, so if you’re unable to lift your bags etc not a great choice didn’t really bother us for the price to be fair

Pros: Really good location within Phuket old town, especially for the vegetarian festival - the parades went past daily (although this could be annoying if you weren’t part of it, as it made access more difficult and there was millions of fireworks going off at all hours right outside). The bed was huge and so comfy! The shower was hot and it was super clean all around, and the staff were really lovely and helpful.

Cons: The electric door key was pretty difficult and it took many attempts to get in each time. Also you have to go outside to the bathroom which just meant mosquitos got in a lot because the door was being opened a lot.

Highly recommend! The combination of staff, location and room is ideal

Pros: The day I arrived I was feeling super nauseous. Probably because of something I ate the day before. I told the owner about it and he was so kind to upgrade me to the family room to let me get some rest for the first night (there were people working on the roof of the room I originally booked). It was much needed because I could barely make it to the bathroom and back to bed. The 2nd day I switched to the other room. Both rooms were really comfy, had Netflix and a very good AC. The smaller room also has it’s own bathroom, but you have to walk outside over the balcony. Which means you might get wet when it rains. All the staff were super nice to me. Even helped me while I had trouble with the online check-in of my flight to Vietnam. The location is amazing btw! Right on the busy shopping street and you are staying above the shops. Also a thing I didn’t know was that the Sunday night market is just in front of the hotel.

Cons: The only thing I can imagine that I didn’t like was that I had some trouble with the keycard that opens the room. I had to fiddle and try multiple times before I was able to get back it (which was also quite funny 😆).

Pros: Exactly what u expected with the added bonus of a balcony. Staff were lovely.

Nice clean accommodation right in the heart of Phuket old town

Pros: It’s above a shop, you have to go into the shop to get the stairs to accommodation. But very clean and very tastefully decorated.
