Solitude at the Zolitude

Pros: Truly a solitude to be at this place. Surrounded by trees and great mountain views, you enjoy the splash, the wind and food. Spa is super amazing and the breakfast spectacular.

Cons: .

Pros: The villa looks very nice and we liked the overall design. The staff was okay, but unfortunately they don’t speak English very well, which made communication difficult.

Cons: The location is very isolated, not suitable for people who are looking for some atmosphere or activity. Taxis hardly reach the property, which is a big inconvenience. Breakfast was average, definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star property. When we arrived, we found two cockroaches in the bed — one of them was shown immediately to the staff member who welcomed us to the room. The experience was far below the standards of other 5-star hotels we have stayed at.

Beautiful villas for a private vacation

Pros: The resort itself is beautiful and is perfect for anyone looking for a luxurious private vacation. The villas are excellently designed.

Cons: The location is a bit remote which means that going to the city for activities is tricky as even cans refuse to pick you up from this location.

Pros: Every single staff member was exceptionally polite and happy

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The setting is stunning and the villa was beautiful.

Cons: The bedroom on the bottom floor of the villa didn't have a mattress, and instead had a makeshift mattress made of duvets and sheets. It wasn't comfortable. However the bed upstairs was incredibly comfortable, so I would suggest using a mattress on both beds.

Pros: Lovely, spacious villa. Wonderful and helpful staff and great food, in the restaurant or room servise.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is nice and surrounded by nature. Spa service is good. Breakfast selection was tasty.

Cons: Transportation inside the accommodation area could be less noisy. E.g. could consider using e-vehicles in future. Housekeeping could be done earlier than near sunset. Overall facilities maintenance should be notified.

Stunning

Pros: The villa was beautiful and staff were so friendly! We had a free upgrade to the villa with the waterfall complex. Buggy service was available 24/7 to take you to and from your villa. Out of our whole stay in Thailand this was our favourite and because the location was perfect, so close to everything.

Cons: Our AC wasn’t working one day but they fixed it so quickly.

Pros: It was great. Only stayed one night but wish we had planned differently abd will stay longer next time

Cons: Breakfast was a bit average
