Enjoyable

Pros: The location was great as it was close to restaurants and shops Spacious rooms and clean

Cons: One day the water stopped working and was not fixed until 4pm in the afternoon.

Great location and clean space. Great for families or large group.

Pros: Great location, and good size for our extended family group. The pool was a great feature. Good value for the price for our two week stay.

Cons: The listing says there is a washing machine but there was not which was misleading and inconvenient for our group of 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids) over a 2 week stay, although we were offered a solution which was great in the end. Furniture is sparse and uncomfortable. A more generous sofa in living room and extra bean bags around the pool instead of table and chairs on the decking would make it more useable. Small things added to make the stay more welcoming which were missing such as extra toilet paper, hand and body soap as well as hand towels in each toilet and tea towels in kitchen would have been nice. Also there is no hot water in the kitchen for washing up.

Pros: Great Hospitality, even before departing on our trip their team was accomodating. Special thanks to Cookie and Froming for making the check in and check out process very efficient. Also their office for providing complementary baggage storage and information on tours and transport, helping us plan our trip easier. The accomodation itself was very spacious and clean, location is amazing only a 5 minute walk from kata beach, with a 7/11 and a pharmacy accross the street.

Pros: Maison indépendante spacieuse, propre, au calme, bien équipée, située à quelques minutes de la plage de Kata - 7/11, laverie automatique, pharmacie en face - de nombreux restaurants proches (natalie coffee à recommander). Piscine appréciée serviettes de bain et de piscine à disposition - Bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur - échantillons shampoing gel douche fournis dans chaque salle de bain à notre arrivée. chek in et chek out rapide et facile.

Cons: Matelas de la chambre gauche 1er étage peu confortable - pas de machine à laver comme indiquer dans la description mais pressing juste en face la location.

Our stay was exceptional.

Pros: Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect. The team made everything so easy and seamless for check in and checkout by being in contact via whatsapp. The property is gorgeous and a great amount of space for a larger party, we were 6 adults so it was incredibly nice to have our own space. The location is great, right near Kata beach and nice and quite, away from all the craziness that can be Phuket. Highly recommend!
