Ok place but not the best.

Pros: this place is quite same as AirBnb. Host is prompt to reply. got enough towel. each person got 2 towels. since got washing machine and detergent, we were ok with that.

Cons: we booked 11 people for 5 nights. no replacement rubbish bag. not enough toilet paper and body shampoo at all. no hair dryer. we had to buy personally. also, In Thai, every accomodation and most restaurant are supposed to offer free drinking water. this place got water. but only few small bottles. it's ok. we bought all for ourselves. one room aircon very poor working. and we paid for 11 people. but not enough bed. so host prepared single bed in the upstair lounge. well... it was like Sauna. no aircon there. so one person there everynight, sweating a lot. when open window as hot,, mosquito come.. I think this place, until 10 people ok.

Great place to stay in Kata

Pros: The house was very spacious and clean. It’s located on a quiet side street, away from the city noise. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. There were several sets of keys, which was very convenient for a large group. All rooms had either air conditioning or a fan.

Cons: There was no hair dryer, and the road leading to the house was muddy and dark.

Pros: فلا كبيرة نظيفة في مكان هادئ ، يوجد بالقرب منها محلات بقالة ومطاعم، يوجد بالقرب منها ساحة مخصصة لسوق شعبي في الأسبوع يومين الاثنين والخميس فترة بعد الضهر.

Cons: لا يوجد عامل نظافة للفلا من الداخل و الخارج ويرمي القمامة المنزلية.
