great property; would recommend.

Pros: Great hosts, great property, excellent location at walking distance to Kata and Kata Noi beach. Breakfast was decent, the rooms were great. The team also allowed us for late checkout which was very helpful for us.

Cons: The only downside could be that the pool was slightly deep and the water level could have been reduced a bit.

Pros: Location is very well located near beach shops and Resturant’s

Cons: The villa is a little outdated and need refurbishment and in terms of maintenance it’s maintained we don’t face any issues but need refreshing
