Pros: Spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Nice infinity plunge pool with good views across the bay.

Cons: Location involves a steep climb up from the town area followed by several flights of steps to the living accommodation.

Pros: We loved the amazing pool and the peaceful atmosphere—at night, you can only hear the sounds of nature, ensuring a great night's sleep. The beach is within walking distance, which is very convenient. The villa is spacious and fully equipped, providing a true home-away-from-home experience. We also appreciated the feeling of security and complete privacy throughout our stay.

Cons: The accommodation does not include cleaning service. We washed and dried our towels in the dryer ourselves, but after three days, having sand in the bathroom became unpleasant. I couldn’t find a broom, but luckily, we stayed only five nights. The host did not communicate during our stay. We asked on the first day if the water was drinkable, and we only received a response the next day, stating that it was safe to drink after boiling. The villa is located on a hillside. While you can walk to Kata Beach, you have to walk along a road without sidewalks, where there is a lot of traffic with motorbikes and cars. Fortunately, we didn’t have small children with us, as it felt quite unsafe. We walked to Kata Noi Beach only once because getting there requires passing through a long street behind hotels, where construction is ongoing. The public access area is quite far, and direct access to the sea is restricted to hotel guests only, meaning you can’t enter those areas.

Very enjoyable experience and would definitely go again.

Pros: A very nice property with a private pool and sea view. We have holidayed in Kata many times in the past and this stay was our most enjoyable to date.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
