Best view of the sunset in Phuket!!!

Pros: The villa was fabulous, all the facilities were excellent, the pool was very quiet and relaxing, the seaview was amazing, easy access to the beach, 2 minute walk. The host was very friendly and accomodating, arranging a birthday surprise for one of the guests upon arrival.

Pros: Awesome location near Kata beach. Stunning view of ocean and sunset from the huge balcony. The host was friendly and super helpful. I'd love to stay there again.

Cons: People with mobility issues might find the stairs difficult, but it was fine for us. The elevation gives a lovely viewpoint for the sunset and the ocean.

Recommended for big groups!

Pros: Govert was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The friendliness and easy going personality was definitely what we were looking for before our stay. The apartment was spacious and a huge patio to peek at the ocean. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Cons: It'd be great if the janitors could come and clear our trash bins and vacuum the floor/ rugs more often. During our 5 day stay, they only came for the first 2 days.

Pros: Great views, huge balcony and living area, friendly host and near all services, shopping, restaurants and bars. Great position

Cons: Walking up the hill in the heat and humidity was the worst aspect but it bought the views

Pros: spacious nice view and the the host let us keep the bags and use the pool till the evening

Cons: have to mentiont that there are 2 german shepherds that you need to pass by to enter the apartment. they are totally friendly but for some people who can’t deal with big dogs could be a problem
