Mixed feelings

Pros: A hotel in a unique location, beautiful view from the window, very good food, very friendly service

Cons: No massages - how is that possible? In Thailand?! When the nearest massage is a 30-minute drive away! Not enough loungers at the pool; people are forced to spread their towels on the concrete. I had a problem with ants in my room.

This is an unforgettable stay, so happy we came!

Pros: Amazing views and so worth it. It isn’t too busy as there are only 16 rooms. Go while it’s still this small!! It also comes with a free boat trip arranged by the hotel.

Cons: The staff struggled with communication but overall were ok. They were kind and helpful.

Just WOW - everything perfect

Pros: It was outstanding, what a great stay, from the first moment you enter the reception, the staff treat you like family members. Wonderful. We had Villa 16 and it was a stunning view and a great room to stay. Everything was perfect so we highly recommend to stay in this wonderful place.

Loved it!

Pros: The view is absolutely incredible from Villa 15. Extremely private and own pool access. Beautiful interior and excellent facilities. Staff all so friendly and helpful from check in through to check out. Nice touch offering a complimentary 1 hour boat trip around the bay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Pros: Surreal location. Watching the sunrise over Phanga Bay from bed and having a bath with a view over the bay was just an exceptional experience. All the staff were really lovely and the food and the drinks were very good. We even got a complimentary short boat tour which was a really nice touch.

Cons: To access our room we had to pas through someone else’s terrace. Our terrace was separated with a metal door but you could see through it - there should be a separation installed to ensure privacy, especially since you pay for a luxury room. Early in the morning (5 am) we could also hear music from the restaurant/kitchen since our room was above it.

Pros: EVERYTHING about this hotel is 10/10. The service is something else, one of the best we’ve received! They even do farewell drinks! The view is incredible we could just sit there and watch the view and not do anything else. We had a 3 yrs old and they provided us with 3 diff activities during our stay to keep her entertained such as painting, a cooking class where we made pad thai and mango sticky rice and a private boat tour around Phang na bay. The food was halal too.

Cons: I can’t think of anything to fault!

Pros: I don’t usually post reviews, but I feel like I really need to leave one for this hotel because it was simply perfect. Everything was amazing: - room with amazing views, even better than the pictures - beautiful food - very attentive staff, always going the extra mile I would recommend this to everyone and definitely stay again! Thank you to the team at Sametnangshe for an amazing 2 days stay!!

Amazing staff, view and ammenities.

Pros: Sametnangshe boutique was worth every dollar we spent. The staff were very welcoming and kind, all the amenities and food were amazing, and the view was unreal. The hotel provided activities during our stay including complementary long-tail boat ride, batik painting, and pad Thai cooking class which we really enjoyed. We celebrated our honeymoon and my birthday during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to celebrate our special occasion. Overall it was an amazing experience and we will definitely come back!

Stunning hotel with an amazing view, but you need to invest in a room for a full experience

Pros: Hotel with an amazing view! Excellent pool and exceptional service. The service from the reception was exceptional, always available to help and make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel is more than excellent, especially the coffee :) The dinner with a stunning view of the sunset is among the best experiences at the hotel (you must reserve a table in advance). The entire hotel staff is very courteous and helpful.

Cons: We personally stayed in a deluxe room - the room shares the same balcony with another room. The windows overlook a beautiful view and the pool but are very exposed and usually have to be closed with a curtain for privacy. The room is very small - there are no bedside tables so there is nowhere to put personal belongings or the phone while sleeping. The sink in the shower is very small and there is nowhere to hang towels comfortably (everything is improvised). Regarding the hotel's location - the hotel is located around a beautiful area with stunning views, but there isn't much to do other than that, the hotel is quite isolated.

Amazing!

Pros: This hotel has one of the most beautiful views we have ever seen! Just that is worth a stay! The staff goes above and beyond and it all just makes sense. Vegan food was great and the pool is so nice. Safe parking and easy to reach. Also close to the pier for James Bond island.

Cons: Only minor comment I would have is that the glass walls around the pool are a bit dirty so it takes away from the views
