Pros: I enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed everything. The food at lunch and dinner was probably the best bit.
Cons: It's a bit remote but if you don't mind arranging transport it's fine.

Pros: The view from swimming pool and restaurant was breathtaking, the villa we were renting had a great sea view too. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Pleasant and relaxing
Pros: Good variety of dishes for breakfast. Pools were lovely. Good shuttle to beach and city. Comfortable rooms
Cons: The checking in was delayed and we were given room keys with the wrong names and dates. The beach, although scenic was not really somewhere you could swim as access was muddy and rocky.

Beautiful resort
Pros: Beautiful resort, great room, and pools are great. Staff go above and beyond.
Cons: Mosquito hell... due to several ponds around the resort and stagnant water, take repellent. The pool area could do with more sun loungers.

Lovely and Peaceful
Pros: The pools and area were fabulous. The room was lovely and spacious with own balcony and great view. The sunrise was beautiful. The food was delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great cocktails.
Cons: The restaurant was very busy and they were short staffed. One evening I waited 1hr for my meal and then starter and main came at the same time. When it came, it was good. Breakfast was a bun fight. Not helped by people being greedy and taking too much to start with so I often waited for dishes to be filled. You needed to take transport down to the beach area which was across a very quiet road. Very small beach and sea not particularly inviting. A long way out of Phuket and no other restaurants close by but they did offer a shuttle bus.

Really friendly, isolated, complete package.
Pros: Staff were very helpful Isolated in the middle of nowhere (deliberately) Tours operated directly from the resort, making it easy to go without going into Phuket Food was tasty Breakfast was varied and delicious Pool was very nice, both to lounge next to (in the shade), and to swim in Complimentary bus into Phuket Beds were comfortable They looked after our luggage after we checked out The resort had everything we needed
Cons: Due to language barriers, during our bus trip back from Phuket, one of the people that was supposed to be picked up wasn't where they were meant to be. This cost us an hour of driving in traffic, and waiting. I'm sure there's a better way to tell people where they should be, and when, particularly when there are many tourists who don't speak Thai. Perhaps a Google Maps pin with the correct location, or a photo of the pickup spot, so people know where to be.

Pros: 1. Staff. Wonderful, friendly, helpful. 2. Views: stunning. 3. Restaurant - on site, with very good food and service. 4. Swimming pool and beach. 5. The hotel provides transfers - both airport and local - at a lower price than Grab. I would like to come back here.
