Perfect Family-Friendly Stay with Outstanding Service and Great Location

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a family with children and would happily return. The staff were exceptionally friendly, patient, and welcoming to our kids, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options, including choices that our children loved, making it a perfect start to each day. The location is ideal for families — close to major attractions and easy to get around, which made our trips with the kids very convenient. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities that made our family stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, a fantastic family-friendly experience thanks to the amazing team, great food, superb location, and top-quality amenities. Highly recommended for families traveling with children!

Fun family time with all good facilities

Pros: The hotel was comfortable - the rooms a good size - the pool area was great and good for families - good location to walk both towards the beach to pick up the boats, night market and the other way for more shopping, bars and restaurants

Pros: The hotel is great and in a good location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints with the amenities. The pool was good and had a bar, it was a little busy with families and such but to be expected. There was a coffee bar in the hotel, and the breakfast was great, buffet style and lots of options. The housekeeping was good and staff were very helpful, you can book day tours and such in reception I believe. It was worth the price and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The location was a little off the strip when I booked I checked the map for location but unfortunately it wasn’t up the lane from the main strip you had to walk all the way around it was misleading

Pros: Good location. Very private, but still close to many restaurants and bars. The staff were great. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of options.

Pros: It’s on a lively street, close to the pier and the night market. The staffs are amazing, the rooms are so comfy, the own starbucks cafe is unique. The breakfast couldnt be more fantastic.

Decent hotel, not a resort

Pros: Breakfast was good, with variety but nearly the same every day Quiet sleep Pool with a water slide Pool table, but a little battered Central location without being on the main street Good selection of restaurants nearby Parking on premise Staff were great

Cons: Not really a resort, more like a hotel with a large courtyard pool Bad smell on the balcony of the room Not on the beach (how I would define a resort) Rooms are dated, but scrounge works Changed rooms as first room was close to a large, noisy kitchen exhaust

Overall we are happy with our 8 days stay

Pros: It was clean with nice rooms and the staff was very friendly. The location was great with many restaurants nearby and it was just a 3 minutes walk to the boats to Railay beach.

Cons: The sun-beds by the pool were not the ones in the pictures and did not upheld the expected standard and the pool had a high level of klor which colored our swimwear, but despite that we liked the pool area and spent a lot of time there.
