Great quality/price stay in Ao Nang

Pros: Swimming pool, confortable room with pool view, central location close to the beach and main connections but at the same time silent and relaxing.

Cons: Nothing, all was perfect, we would come back definitely

Pros: Practical amenities. E.g. bathrobe, beach bag, slippers. Varied breakfast menu. Pleasantly warm pool. Pool bar.

Pros: Location . Amazon prime available on tv . Rooms were quiet .

Cons: The aircon wasn’t great and felt warm. No hand towels . Don’t like the bit around the bed, as made it hard to get in and out . Breakfast was poor as not much available so didn’t bother after first day . Had to ask for coffee in room. Hotel just looked a bit grubby .

Pros: The ladies in the reception where fantastic. The pool was just the right size. Happu hpur for the drinks, including shakes, where also a positive thing. All the staff were smiling, helping. The location also perfect, right from tjw corner of the market and shopping.

Break in Ao Nang

Pros: Location is perfect. Near the beaches and long tail boats which take you to the islands. Near the main strip but on a side street and quiet location. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops a stone throw away from hotel. Pool is lovely, pool bar is spacious. Happy hour is early in the day, very tempting to drink too much. Breakfast is good, variety of dishes for all cultures. Really good coffees and danish pastries and fruit on offer. Rooms are a little bit on the dark side, a bit tired but the beds are comfortable. Bathroom is nice but shower has not got a lot of water pressure. Nice spacious balcony

Cons: Our room was quite dark and the balcony had a view onto another hotel wall. The pool has not got a lot of lounges and by early afternoon the cleanliness around the pool area is not the best. Hotel is more suitable for adults

Wonderful welcome, wonderful stay!

Pros: The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Peña. The breakfast was varied with Thai and Western choices. The hotel is modern and stylish, and within easy walking distance of all amenities.Highly recommended, we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: There were lots of sunbeds around the pool, unfortunately many of them were either in the shade, or under a canopy.

Pros: This is so much better than the pictures and much better than a lot of the surrounding hotels- including the one you can see from the street side. Breakfast was great. Pool lovely. All very new.

Cons: Our air con wasn’t working when we woke up one morning, so it was very very hot. I think the air con must have tripped a switch because later that day the power was off entirely. We had a mixed experience with the staff who dealt with it- some were very, very nice. One was a bit rude. At one point they suggested we move hotels- this was late in the evening and we only had one night left. However, eventually it was all sorted. We moved rooms across the hall. They gave us lots of vouchers for food and drink. They also paid for and organised our taxi to the next hotel, which was a great gesture. This place is great!! Go for it!! But it’s Thailand,..I did notice that the balcony doors don’t close properly- a little gap at the bottom. Brand new but not brilliant quality.

A great stay. First time here but 100% will return

Pros: The hotel has a great athmosphere. Really chic vibe. Breakfast is super with good variety of items and a great quality coffee to start your day right. Staff is extremely helpful and polite start from concierge till bar staff, breakfast staff. Special mention the lovely reception team with their smile and helpfulness Tang Fon, Pena Mad and Ohm. It was a great highlight of our stay! Will definitely return.

Cons: The room numbers on the door is written with black colour. Unfortunately in the evening when the lightning is dimed is really hard to read them. This resulted that neighbour rooms guest wanted to enter to our room several times during our stay. This is not a negative just a mention, might worth to look into it.

Pros: The most amazing staff who were very kind and helpful. Loved the resort's approach to sustainability as much as it was possible. The swim-up bar was also excellent.

Pros: The hotel is situated in a great central location. The pool is huge, plenty of room for everyone. The pool was very clean & cocktails at happy hour in the pool was fun The breakfast was good and it had lots of variety.

Cons: The beds are huge but the mattress was a little too hard for my liking and the pillows were too soft and flat.
